A perfect ram expansion/upgrade that is 100% compatible with the existing Dell RAM.

I bought this for my HP 245 G7 and it works like a charm. Upgraded the ram from 4Gb to 12Gb and it works buttery smooth now. A lot of people have a misunderstanding that you can only use ram sticks with matching capacity, but thats not the case, when you use different capacity sticks (Say 4+8GB) your processor runs it in a Flex Mode where it uses the 4Gigs of first stick and 4Gigs of second stick in dual channel and runs the remaining 4Gigs of the second stick in single channel.

Installs easily, stores zeros and ones without a problem, and does it over and over again. In short, works as advertised.

Perfect upgrade for my Dell XPS 9570 dual boot Windows Hackintosh. MacOS uses a lot of RAM so this was a necessary upgrade.

I removed original ones and inserted into slot 1&2, added the new two to slot 3&4. Works as expected. After I bought last weekend, the price has increased $10, which is even better!
