Crucial 16GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DR x8 SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT16G4SFD824A

I have been using the RAM stick for around 1.5-2 years and it has started causing my laptop to crash due to memory issues. I had one 8 GB stick natively installed in my PC and this one I bought as an upgrade. However, now when I run memtest with the pre-installed RAM stick, I get no errors but when I run with both stick installed, HW memory issues are detected. How do I claim warranty on this? The product has 10 years warranty.

I have a Lenovo ideapad 320s 14ikb laptop and it came with 4gb of RAM, as you can imagine that made my laptop slow and difficult to use as Windows 10 consumes a lot of RAM. I installed 16gb of this RAM and it was really easy to install and has made my laptop faster and more response. Im able to run video editing, photo editing, and several chrome tabs at the same time.

Works in a Dell Latitude E5570, although only at 2133mhz instead of 2400mhz, but that is not the fault of the ram, only the CPU memory controller that does not support 2400.
