The BIOS did give a notification saying the amount of memory has changed, but otherwise nothing bad has happened. It works perfectly and was easy to install on my own.

Also, ich habe diesen RAM gekauft, weil mein Laptop mit der aktuellen Arbeitslast nicht zurechtkam. Es war wie ein Marathonläufer, der versucht, einen Elefanten auf dem Rücken zu tragen. Aber jetzt, nachdem ich den Crucial RAM eingebaut habe, ist es wie eine Befreiung! Mein Laptop ist so schnell wie ein Ferrari und so leistungsstark wie Hulk.

I have bought 8 gb ddr4 ram for my laptop, so now my laptop has 4(original)+8 (newly bought) total of 12 GB. Sound whooping good but laptops speed is not increased accordingly. No doubt there is increased speed and handling of multitasking but its like shifting from 4 gb to 6 gb types

Super easy to install. Took me less than 30 minutes to install and reboot and Ive never taken a laptop apart before.

Works very well, as it should.. crucial is a very reputable brand.

GREAT PRICE for Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 Laptop Memory CT2K16G4SFRA32A. I used this after checking Crucial Web Site/Store. Went from 8GB to 32 for $105 - What a deal and huge improvement to my wifes HP Notebook-17by1023cl. They have a scan they do on your computer and it tell you ALL the Ram & Hard Drives that they sell that will work in your computer. DO NOT BELIEVE HP. They will tell you it is only upgradable to 16GB which is what they said about mine & wifes computers. Now they are both at 32GB and Mine used Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4 2400 MHz CL17 Laptop Memory CT2K16G4SFD824A and now has a new 500GB Solid State Drive. AND they GIVE you the software for FREE to 100% Clone your old drive and replace it with the new drive and NOTHING LOOKS or is DIFFERENT but a lot FASTER. I did the scans then purchased on Amazon. It is easier to return stuff if there is a problem. (BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM) Crucial is FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY. I even upgraded my server RAM that the factory said could NOT be upgraded.
