08-06-2025I installed this in my Lenovo Legion 5 pro (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H) to upgrade from 16 GB to 32 GB. It was easy to install and showed up as 32 GB @3200 MHz on first boot; no fiddling required. Remember to update your bios before starting the replacement (this goes for any laptop).

> 3 dayInstalled RAM towards end of September on a laptop I only use for travel for work (so I rarely use it). During initial testing everything seemed fine. On my first long trip (about a little over a month after purchase) I started getting random BSODs whenever trying to do anything on my laptop. Ran a mdsched test to find one of my sticks of RAM was failing (turned out to be this one). Very unhappy as I now have a bad stick of RAM that is completely useless.

Greater than one weekItem came in a Prime bubble envelope, no bubble wrapping and was free floating inside. The Lenovo Thinkpad P15s that I got came with an onboard, soldered 16GB RAM. I got the 16GB Crucial CT16G4SFRA266, after checking on the Crucial website if my laptop model accepted this model of RAM. It did. The RAM itself was a breeze to slot in and it was plug and play. The speeds are astounding! I got CPU-Z to doublecheck the total RAM and that the RAM was running in dual channel.
