This was a life saver. I was a ticked off with HP because my laptop was the worst laptop I have ever purchased. After the installing the additional RAM, all the issues went away which meant this was an underpowered laptop to begin with. This is a great value for the money. Works as advertised. The RAM is great! I used it to upgrade my Lenovo T480 laptop from 8gb to 16gb. So far it works great, although I did have some trouble detecting the RAM at first in the system. This was more of a personal problem than the RAMs problem, I just swapped the sticks out in the ports and it worked.
