Biggest improvement you can make to increase computer speed is to upgrade from HDD to an SSD. I am extremely satisfied.

I installed this in my aging Dell Inspiron 3158 i3 8gb RAM laptop. The difference is mind blowing! I used the Crucial Acronis software to clone my existing HDD to this Crucial SDD and then installed this Crucial SDD into the laptop. Was up and running in about an hour, total. Boot up speed is insanely better than before. If I were to estimate it, it has come down from 10 mins to 20 seconds. Im not exaggerating this, trust me. Using applications, switching between tablet and laptop modes is also buttery smooth now. My laptop was almost unusable but this upgrade to an SDD had ensured I can use my laptop easily for a few years more! 10000% recommended.

These work great as a somewhat lower cost option to replace the internal HDD on a PS4 since that’s not going to really take much advantage of the speeds of top of the line SSDs anyway.

Not the fastest SSD on the market, but definitely fits the bill for everyday use. Ive been running these for years in my home servers and have never had issues after years of use. Great bang for your buck.
