> 24 hourMy laptop was soooo slow, did a bit of research and found replacing the HDD with an SSD is a cheaper way of solving this issue (compared to buying a new laptop). Im not very techy so took a couple of hours trying to figure out how to clone and transfer my harddrive, but I got there in the end and this has made an incredible difference to the speed of my laptop!

> 24 hourI just installed this BX500 in a new build. It mounted to the bottom of the drive bay in the Antec VSK3000 case without needing any adapters or brackets. It loaded Windows 10 home without problems in about 20 minutes (from DVD). It only got slightly warm during use. I did not benchmark. I have only used it a couple hours so I cant comment on long-term performance. Overall Im happy with the BX500.

> 24 hourIt has to be trimmed through the use of a third-party software which isnt a problem for me for I was A+ Certified at some stage in my life. Just beware not to defrag this piece as HD if used in an external enclosure. Otherwise, it is perfect money-wise.

> 24 hourPlug and Play SATA3 SSD. My windows 10 didnt auto detect, but its easy to assign. Good performance a lot quicker to load movies and music off this drive. Will be buying a larger drive for my OS
