This case was good for the first few months after buying it last year, but as it went on in this year after that, its hasnt been good to holding my games much whenever I opened it, the games in the slots tend to either disappear or ended up in in different sections of the case. And thats where it bothered me right there. Other than that its ok, but I would advise getting a game case holder if you still wanna use this for safety in place of your games inside

Iv had this case for a few weeks to hold my vita. I like thew case a lot i had a crystal case for it for the longest time and really just wanted something to put in my pocket. the only thing i didnt like about the case was the two holders that come inside the case to basically keep the vita secure in the case. I was afraid of it taring up my analog sticks. its easy to remove tho. And i rated only 4 stars because nothing in this world is perfect.

Honestly, I wasnt expecting a whole lot from this case given how inexpensive it was, but Im pleasantly surprised. It is quite stiff, and feels like it provides a decent amount of protection. I keep my Vita in a messenger bag or backpack when I travel, so I mostly just wanted something slim to protect it from slight bumps from other things in my bag. This case fit the bill. I have 16 game cards in it, and Ive stretched out the slots a bit, but it seems fine. The slots for the cards are pretty low-quality, but you could easily put a plastic card carrier inside if it that was a concern.

For the price, this travel case is tough to beat. And for $10, there are some expected minor construction issues, in particular the stitching. The belt loop on the sample I received was stitched at an off angle (the entire belt loop, not the stitching holding the belt loop in place). Not a problem for me since I have no intention of ever wearing this on my belt, but it does indicate a slight lack of attention to detail and care from the factory worker who did the stitching. The stitching on the game card pockets on the inside flap was particularly sub par and popped when inserting a game card, probably they are stitched onto a loose mesh material. The rear mesh tends to catch corners as well, making it difficult to easily slide game cards in place. The insert flap is made out of a neoprene-like foam material and should provide minor padding for the PSV. The mesh stitched onto the insert forms two pockets for storing headphones, a cleaning cloth or a memory card case. The case is made out of thermo-molded sheets of EVA plastic covered with nylon weave on the outside and a soft, low pile nylon lining on the inside. The PSV fits very snugly inside, making it about a slim as possible for a semi-hard shell case that should provide a higher degree of impact protection than a soft nylon sleeve or bag, and a higher level of crush protection due to the semi-rigid shell. It is not a hard case made out of rigid plastic. Design-wise, there was enough care made to include features like the belt loop and a removable lightweight carabiner to attach the case to a bag or belt loop, but neither are really necessary since the overall size of the PSV is more conducive to slipping into a bag or inside jacket pocket. There are two elastic straps sewn into the bottom of the case to hold the PSV in place, presumably to keep people from dumping their console on the ground if theyre holding the case upside down or sideways when opening it. Again, not really necessary and they take extra time to slip on and off. Many will probably end up snipping them off since they never use them, but its possible to just drop the PSV on top of the elastic straps as if they werent even there and the case still zips ups easily. The double zipper has a smooth action. The case lies between a nylon sleeve that mostly provides scratch protection and a hard shell case that provides impact and crush protection. Since the case fits snugly, it adds minimal bulk for those who dont want a blocky hard case or a padded nylon bag large enough to store everything including the PSV AC adapter. Overall, its a perfect slim fit holster for the PSV that works well as a permanent protective storage unit when not being used or plugged into a charge cradle. I would gladly pay $20 for the same design with better construction, better stitching, better game card pockets, a higher quality liner (like the material used in the Madcatz 3DS case), but for $10 it pretty much met expectations and fit the bill perfectly as a place to keep the PSV at home and on the go.

Great case, has space for cables and cards, even additional stuff like metro or credit cards if you want. The Vita fits perfectly, actually a bit too well: it can be a bit tricky to get it out of the case sometimes. Not impossible but not super easy neither. At least that way its super secured. I have not dropped it by it feels sturdy and would protect the Vita if I dropped it so I feel good knowing I store it here. Great as well to have when you carry the vita in a backpack or bag with lots of other stuff, you dont have to worry about it being scratched or dented or compressed.

I think this case is really good. The first case I bought for the Vita was the Dreamgear 4 in 1 kit (Vita case, game case, plus touchpad and screen protectors). The Dreamgear is a great case, protects the Vita very well, but its way too bulky This case however is just about perfectly sized. I have a plastic shell protector on the vita itself, and it still fits in the case fine. The slots for the games and the little pockets just make this the best case Ive seen for the money. Also, it comes with a carabiner so you could clip it onto sometimes if you wanted but I wouldnt suggest doing that a lot. Im sure it would tear off eventually.

The flap that holds games feels stiff and is tucked into the top more than advertised. May just be a bit of a nitpick but its something to know. Fits the 1000 model well so I assume itd fit the 2000.

This is a great case. perfect size, good protection, nice feel, and has clip so i can attach it to my jeans, bag, etc. The thing that i really cant stand is the awful smell. i had this case for almost 2 weeks and this smell still wont go away. i even try using febreeze. They also sewn in the SD card pockets so i cant even out my games in there like i should.. i used a knife to cut it a little so i at lease put my games somewhere. but doesnt change the fact that i shouldnt have to worry about this... if youre reading this, i HIGHLY suggest buying a different case from different seller unless you dont mind awful chemical smell.

Ive used this case for almost a year, and it has protected my Vita well. I usually put the Vita + case in a backpack or my pocket, and usually just toss them in with other items. The case has definitely protected my Vita against scratches or worse and given me peace of mind when transporting it. However, the slots to hold the game cartridges are very poor. Very often, Ive opened the case to find that one of the carts has slipped out or notice that one has slipped out as Ive closed it. If you open the case too quickly, I imagine that the carts could easily go flying out of it. Since Vita memory is so expensive, Ive opted to go physical with most of my collection. This flaw means I need to be very careful with my games.

I rarely ever take my Vita out of this case. I received this item before I received the Vita. When I got the Vita, I applied a screen protector as soon as I opened it and before I even turned it on and then placed it into this cas right away. Aside from the few smudges that can be cleaned off, it kept my device looking practically brand new since the day I bought it. The slots that keep the gme cartridges leave more to be desired, but I still like this case more than the bulkier cases that make it harder to put in my pocket.
