The case is good and sturdy which makes for good protection. This is good if you are prone to dropping your handheld games or carry around your portables in a purse or bag where it can be crushed or scratched by other items. My only complaint is that while it does contain slots to hold other game cards, they do not seem to hold well and the game cards tend to slip out easily. I have actually lost game cards this way so I wouldnt advise using it to carry anything but the Vita itself.

Pros: *Easy to use and get started *Runs relatively fast *You can download games when connected to the internet Cons: *The internet does not work at locations where you need to sign in or agree to user terms (hotels, starbucks, etc) *Holding the device is not comfortable after a few hours *The Playstation network and login is silly and overly complex

I ordered this with my Vita on Black Friday. I paid just under 10$ for it after thinking the pictures looked good. Honestly this deserves about a 4.5 stars.(I really like it, but it probably depends on how much the small details matter to the individual) Overall. Excellent. If you need a sturdy case, just sturdy enough. If you want a soft inside, just soft enough. It holds 4 games, plus two little spots perhaps for couple more games or a small accessory. The section that divides the case works very well. The Vita fits pretty darn snuggly. It has two straps which most people have reviewed to be a nuisance, but I like them, they are a small extra step just to keep the vita safe. If you are like me and arent planning on owning more than 5-7 games for the first year of your Vita, invest. It looks like it might be slightly under-quality, but Ive bought products/cases for my systems by the systems company before and was just left questioning the design. Overall: awesome. Quality: Still, pretty awesome. Price: Super worth it. If you dont mind the PS logo missing, its basically a great deal.

Simple yet stylish in black (there are multiple variants of this basic case type). The synthetic fiber weave texture is vaguely reminiscent of a carbon fiber pattern in miniature and the clamshell halves feel sturdy. The storage flap has four slots for games (which you cant ID at a glance as the pockets are solid fabric) and a two-partition net for general storage. Theres not enough room to house your whole charger, but the USB cable will fit, as will multiple game and memory cards. So far, I have 8 games in mine. The carabiner included is decent quality, although it doesnt like to stay hanging from the small end of the loop. Wasnt sure my Vita with TPU skin case would fit, but it does, snugly. That was a great bonus.

Lets start with the positives this case is the right size and feels sturdy and durable It also has two elastic straps to hold the vita in place I thought this was a nice touch. I would have given 5 stars except on the top portion that has the slots for holding games there are two problems 1. you cannot see which game you have without removing it which is annoying and 2. It would be very useful if it had a couple of cut outs for extra memory cards.

It has a carabiner clip so you can hook it to your belt loop or backpack strap or something like that, but I dont know why youd want to do that. It has a zipper to keep your stuff from falling out, which is nice but pretty much all of these products have that. The outer shell is black fabric with a thin core of hard plastic I think. It is not the most durable thing in the world - do not expect it to protect your Vita and games if you drop it down the stairs or run it over with your moms car. But it will protect against minor bumps that frequently happen when you travel. Inside has three types of pockets. One whole side has two elastic straps that will hold your PSVita in place. It will fit the model PCH-1001, I am not sure about other models because I dont own other models. The other side has a flap that acts as a cushion for the top of your Vita when you zip up the case. The back (or top) side of the case has two additional types of pockets. There are four tiny pouches that will fit your Vita games, and two mesh pockets that are the perfect size for one UMD (PSP game/movie disc) each. Aside from that, you might be able to squeeze a small pocket notebook and a pen on top of the flap before you zip it up but there really isnt much extra room for accessories and such. If you want to bring more than four PSVita games with you, I recommend stashing them in a zip-lock sandwich bag and stuff the bag in here on top of the flap. If you want to bring more than two bigger items (i.e. those UMD discs) Id recommend using some other kind of case for that.

I bought this case for the sole purpose of protecting my vita during transport, and I believe it fulfills that requirement very well. It is a very sturdy case and has a little additional room to store 4 games and the USB cord. I read that some people did not like the elastic straps and I fully expected to cut them out when I received the product. However, I ended up liking them and felt they did a great job securing my Vita and preventing it from shaking around in the case. For me the only negative aspect to the case is that it can really only hold the USB cord and not the AC adapter/power cord. However since my only requirement when buying the case was that it be sturdy, I gave it 5 stars.

I bought this CTA case expecting it to be lightweight but durable. And it is. It has a great value, slim enough to fit into my pocket, good zipper quality. I could go on and on about the case, it pretty good except for one thing that is partly my fault. I have noticed that games like to fall out of the slot to hold them. I have lost my copy of Assassins Creed Liberation (I found that) and Persona 4 Golden (Very disappointed that I couldnt find that, but Im happy to give Atlus the money). Its partly my fault, partly the cases, so either be on the look out, dont carry extra games, or get another case. I recommend the

My number one concern and one mentioned by others, I found completely unfounded. The bands dont get in the way at all. They hold the Vita in. If they annoy you, cut them out. No big deal. The hard shell is sturdy enough. I wouldnt drive over the box, but it feels safe when tossed in luggage or a backpack and I wouldnt have any concern if I dropped it. It doesnt have much in the way of storage space, but the Vita doesnt really need much. I doubt you could fit the charger and adapter in there, but just the cable would work as well as a few games and memory cards. Definitely not disappointed with such an inexpensive purchase. Unrelated rant: Now, can Sony do something about those memory cards? I keep getting free games via PS plus and my 16 GB card is already full. Its less than a month old and my memory card is already full and Ive only spent $10 buying two games. PS Plus gives free games, but you pay in the end with the memory cards for Vita.
