> 3 dayThis product is a life saver! My 4 year old was great at going on the potty. We had no issues with him. Then he had severe constipation and after that was afraid to go. He was then was diagnosed with encopresis. He actually lost the urge to go on his own. The dr said its because he holds it in so much that the muscles had become too stretched out to make that gotta go feeling. He would always leak stool, and we always had to have potty breaks to get him to go. Hes been on miralax for months and eating high fiber foods but nothing seemed to help. I found out about this stuff and decided to give it a try. Today is day 5 with it and he went poop all by himself today! I never thought I would be so happy about poop in my life!! We were at our wits end. Constantly having to change his pull ups since he was always leaking and just feeling like nothing would ever help my boy feel better. Hes so excited today because he wants to go back to his big boy underwear and ditch the pull ups!!

Greater than one weekMy 3 year old has been holding in stools for months. We dealt with encopresis with his older sister and knew we had to get this taken care of quickly. Laxatives alone was not working. I saw on a review that these helped within 2 weeks of daily usage. I was desperate so I ordered some. We got to the 2 week mark and still didn’t see a difference. Finally at 3 weeks, he started having normal stools! No more streaks of poops in his diapers all day! I think the combination of this and chocolate ex lax helped. We started with half a square every day, then every other day and now I don’t even think we need to use it anymore. I’ll be keeping these packets in our daily routine for a while. I never leave reviews but I had to for this.

> 3 dayThis product has worked and worked well! I now have peace of mind that my 2 1/2 year old grandson is pooping every day instead of every 4-5 days. It’s softer and not the huge hard turdies with blood mixed in now!!! I’m a happy grandma!! I mix one packet in 1/2 of a small smoothie and he drinks it right down. Somedays I’ll give one in the morning and one in the evening but most days just one. They work!!!!!!

Greater than one weekI buy these for my 10 year old who sometimes has a difficult time with bowel movements. I give him one packet a day with a cup of water and he says there’s no taste. Most days it softens his stools and helps a lot. He never complains about a belly ache after drinking the mix and it has never caused loose stools for him. Good product!

> 3 dayI have used these for myself during pregnancy and most importantly, for my 3 yr old LO. He has struggled with painful stools and began holding in his stools due to the fear of the pain he was feeling during a BM. I poured one packet in his drink this AM (we used a nutritional chocolate milk- shook very well and it dissolved nicely!!!) and within 2ish hours he had 2 soft BM’s in a row!!! It sounds funny, but it is a dream come true for a momma that worries about her LO and wants to help, but in this situation I was feeling helpless until we tried these fiber packets!!!

Greater than one weekMy 2 year old is what Id call a starchitarian, he was exclusively breastfed and just simply does not care for food. Never had bowel movement issues while breastfeeding but as soon as we stopped at 18 months old, he started becoming constipated and having hard time pooping regularly. We started using these, a packet a day, with apple juice, milk, or grape juice and it has worked wonders. *When we dont have a packet with us or he has gone a day or so without pooping, we give him prune juice mixed with apple/grape juice. This makes him go easily without cramps that miralax would give. (Please try miralax yourself before giving it to your child)

> 3 dayIm just started adding this to my 3 year olds applesauce & she had no idea. We are still potty training & she is scared to have a BM in the toilet. So I needed to add some extra fiber in her first & this has been great.

> 3 dayBought this for my 20 month old who goes between regular and constipated. The doctors answer was prescription meds but I’m not a fan of that as the answer at such a young age. I did a little research after keeping a food and fluid intake journal of my sons diet. This product was recommend to me by a few moms and I’m very glad we tried it. Increased his fluid intake and give him this once a day(sometimes 2 times a Day if he eats goldfish that day) and he’s pretty regular. No more crying and straining. And MOST importantly, no prescription meds!!! I can’t comment on the taste, but I mix it with half water half milk and he takes it no problem. I do wish it was a little cheaper. I did find the larger pack on wal-mart for $35 vs I think on Amazon it was $40 or somewhere in that ballpark. If you have a pretax health spending program through your employer you can turn the receipt in for this product. At least that helps to offset the cost.
