> 3 dayMy 3 year old has been holding in stools for months. We dealt with encopresis with his older sister and knew we had to get this taken care of quickly. Laxatives alone was not working. I saw on a review that these helped within 2 weeks of daily usage. I was desperate so I ordered some. We got to the 2 week mark and still didn’t see a difference. Finally at 3 weeks, he started having normal stools! No more streaks of poops in his diapers all day! I think the combination of this and chocolate ex lax helped. We started with half a square every day, then every other day and now I don’t even think we need to use it anymore. I’ll be keeping these packets in our daily routine for a while. I never leave reviews but I had to for this.

> 3 dayMy poor toddler suffered with constipation really badly, due to her picky eating and a fear of doing number 2s. Ever since we started putting this in her drinks, she’s been going to the toilet regularly and without pain/discomfort. It’s honestly such a relief because we were really stressed out and felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel, having tried apple juice, prune juice etc

> 3 dayI’m using this for my constantly constipated 5 year old and allergy prone 10 year old. It seems to help my 5 year old pretty well! My only complaint is it does not dissolve well in cold drinks. I have to put it in slightly warmed water prior to mixing it in cold things to keep it from clumping up…which may defeat its purpose because probiotics shouldn’t be warmed. Culturelle makes these dissolvable packets without fiber that dissolve perfectly. I will probably switch back to those when done with these. I will say my girls don’t know this is in their drinks because it’s flavorless, so that’s a plus!!

> 3 dayHelps keep my toddler regular without the need for Miralax! If your little one suffers from constipation, you know how heart wrenching it can be to be helpless. This has worked WONDERS for us! We’ve been using it since he was 18 months old and only needed to use Miralax once and he’s 2.5 years old!!!! It’s worth the money for peace of mind. We use it twice a day. Once in his milk, and once in his water. He’s EXTREMELY PICKY WITH FLAVORS and this being flavorless is a deal breaker! He doesn’t even notice and he notices ANY changes with food. I love the ability to use something good for him and “non” medicinal to keep him regular!

Greater than one weekThis product has been a game changer for my 3 year old! We’ve tried other probiotic packets, a multivitamin with fiber in it, pedialax tablets, miralax....all of the above. He had a pretty horrifying experience with a very large hard bowel movement right before he turned 3 and it was so traumatic for him that he started holding his poop. It’s created a lot of problems even to the point of creating a tear on his rectum from hard stools. If any of you have struggled with holding poop or constipation with your children, you know it can be so heartbreaking and you will do anything to help them. Miralax was a hard balance of knowing how much to give to not cause diarrhea, and I also didn’t want him on it every day. So I started a regimen of pedialax tablets, probiotic powder, and a multivitamin with fiber. All of that and I was still having to use miralax almost weekly and sometimes having a really hard stool again because of holding it. So I switched up and got this product and he has been going every 2-3 days with no miralax! I do throw in a pedialax tablet a few times a week just to keep something in his system. He still tries to hold it sometimes, but with this extra fiber, he can’t really and he eventually willingly gets on the potty and is so proud of himself! If you’ve tried lots of options like me, give this one a try! Every kid is different for what works for them, but you’ve got nothing to lose on this one.

> 3 dayThis is a graat way to add little extra fiber to your little ones diet without them even noticing. This is also a great resource to keep on had around holidays or when traveling or any other time that there is a deviation form the normal nutritional routine so that little ones dont get constipated. It is tase free and has no flavor so it can be easily hidden in juice, waster, or a variety of things.

> 3 dayMy son has sensory issues and doesn’t eat food. Only takes milk and pediasure. So he has trouble pooping a lot and since I have tried this on him to help him get fiber in his diet he has pooped a lot better since.

> 3 dayAfter 3 months of constipation issues with my 3 yr old potty trained daughter I was at my ropes end and Dr was telling me shed have to take mucilax or something every day... No thank you!! I found this and added it to her yogurt or cereal milk or cottage cheese in the am and to her bottle at night (at first to get her going again.) now I just put a pack in her water bottle and shake it and off she goes! It is totally tasteless!! It is easy to mix into anything. She doesnt mind it at all! It took an all systems go effort (2 packs per day plus pears and kiwi and bran buds and lots of water to get her going again... A few hard poops had to be struggled thru but then after 2 days everything just started softening and feeling and looking like pop snakes like we were hoping for! Now she has been 1 month straight of daily morning poops like clockwork before school. I still give her the bran buds too and 1 pack in her water a day... But now she is good to go potty and happy do it every morning! Thank God! I think this is a great product and Im sure it helped!

> 3 dayWow. My daughter (1.5 years old) has been severely constipated since she was 5 months old. The doctor recommended Miralax and she’s been using that for 9-10 months. I hated it bc I couldn’t understand the ingredients in Miralax but at every appointment, my doctor just kept saying “she’ll grow out of it” (meaning the constipation). I did some more research bc I wanted to try something different for my daughter and I stumbled upon this product. I read the reviews and saw MANY other families in the same situation as mine. Thank goodness I purchased this product. My daughter has been using this product for about a week and a half and it has changed the game. I am so disappointed that it took me this long to find it and also very disappointed that my doctor NEVER recommended a probiotic and/or fiber supplement.

> 3 dayUse this if your kid is on antibiotics frequently!! I’m writing for parents of kids with a similar issue to mine: my 5 yo had perianal discomfort / itchiness daily, for months. It was internally (the canal) not externally so with testing we were able to rule out perianal strep, yeast, pinworms, and hygiene. She was checked for fissures (none) and she wasn’t constipated. We started cutting out foods that we thought she might have developed an allergy to (it wasn’t that). At my wits end, I ordered this product, although she had no issues passing BM regularly, I figured it couldn’t hurt. Within 36 hours, the itchiness disappeared. We saw a GI specialist. It turns out she had a bacterial overgrowth due to having been on antibiotics 5-6 times in 12 months (for repeated ear infections and strep). This probiotic replenished the good bacteria in her gut and resolved the issue. We have her on it daily, and the issue hasn’t returned.
