> 3 dayMy son had a lot of issues pooping his whole life (hes 2 1/2 now) and the director/assistant director at the daycare were basically making me feel like a bad mother because I couldnt figure out how to fix it. Then I did some research and came across this. Yeah it can be pricey but I make sure theres enough in my budget to buy this. 100% made my kid a normal pooper with softer stools and he goes once pretty much every day. No issues anymore. No more miralax, no more crying while he poops, no more feeling like Im completely incompetent as a mother. Not about his pooping, anyway. Just one pack of this a day, every day until he got a regular rhythm, now he gets it in his yogurt five days a week. Works great

Greater than one weekI have used these for myself during pregnancy and most importantly, for my 3 yr old LO. He has struggled with painful stools and began holding in his stools due to the fear of the pain he was feeling during a BM. I poured one packet in his drink this AM (we used a nutritional chocolate milk- shook very well and it dissolved nicely!!!) and within 2ish hours he had 2 soft BM’s in a row!!! It sounds funny, but it is a dream come true for a momma that worries about her LO and wants to help, but in this situation I was feeling helpless until we tried these fiber packets!!!

> 3 dayUse this if your kid is on antibiotics frequently!! I’m writing for parents of kids with a similar issue to mine: my 5 yo had perianal discomfort / itchiness daily, for months. It was internally (the canal) not externally so with testing we were able to rule out perianal strep, yeast, pinworms, and hygiene. She was checked for fissures (none) and she wasn’t constipated. We started cutting out foods that we thought she might have developed an allergy to (it wasn’t that). At my wits end, I ordered this product, although she had no issues passing BM regularly, I figured it couldn’t hurt. Within 36 hours, the itchiness disappeared. We saw a GI specialist. It turns out she had a bacterial overgrowth due to having been on antibiotics 5-6 times in 12 months (for repeated ear infections and strep). This probiotic replenished the good bacteria in her gut and resolved the issue. We have her on it daily, and the issue hasn’t returned.

> 3 dayThe reviews are right!! I was skeptical because we’ve tried SO many things with little to zero results. I finally ordered this right before we had an appointment scheduled with pediatric gastroenterologist and she recommended it too! The minute we started our little one started going everyday. At first, 3-4x a day! This has been such a relief, hopefully my review helps someone like the others helped us!!

Greater than one weekThese have been sent from above. My 2 year old struggles with chronic constipation. Regardless of how much fiber he consumes. He used to go days without pooping. When he finally did, it would take several hours of him avoiding us and holding it in, visibly uncomfortable, until dad forced him into a froggy position while I massaged giant, rock hard turds out of him that would make him bleed and his rectum prolapse (the prolapse would reverse itself almost instantly but still). We have been using these religiously for several months and as long as he takes at least 2 daily he poops at least once daily without a struggle nor diarrhea, just soft passable stools. The powder seems to be flavorless because kiddo ate it once by itself and seemed unbothered. If your kiddo struggles like this too I highly recommend these.

> 3 dayMy 3 year old has been holding in stools for months. We dealt with encopresis with his older sister and knew we had to get this taken care of quickly. Laxatives alone was not working. I saw on a review that these helped within 2 weeks of daily usage. I was desperate so I ordered some. We got to the 2 week mark and still didn’t see a difference. Finally at 3 weeks, he started having normal stools! No more streaks of poops in his diapers all day! I think the combination of this and chocolate ex lax helped. We started with half a square every day, then every other day and now I don’t even think we need to use it anymore. I’ll be keeping these packets in our daily routine for a while. I never leave reviews but I had to for this.

Greater than one weekWow. My daughter (1.5 years old) has been severely constipated since she was 5 months old. The doctor recommended Miralax and she’s been using that for 9-10 months. I hated it bc I couldn’t understand the ingredients in Miralax but at every appointment, my doctor just kept saying “she’ll grow out of it” (meaning the constipation). I did some more research bc I wanted to try something different for my daughter and I stumbled upon this product. I read the reviews and saw MANY other families in the same situation as mine. Thank goodness I purchased this product. My daughter has been using this product for about a week and a half and it has changed the game. I am so disappointed that it took me this long to find it and also very disappointed that my doctor NEVER recommended a probiotic and/or fiber supplement.

> 3 dayIve been using this for several years. my son holds it in and gets backed up (when I lapse in giving to him). administer daily and when they get older directions say give 2 packets, so it gets expensive but if youre legitimately having issues this really is a great product like magic. makes it much more comfortable for him to go and he actually likes to take his regularity medicine because he understands it helps make it easier. *note it says not to mix into anything warm but if its too cold it clumps so I usually administer in milk Ive taken the chill off of before bed or even applesauce cup. mixes much eaiser in room temp conditions. worth the money and unfortunately must keep up with it or he goes back to holding

> 3 dayThis product is a life saver! My 4 year old was great at going on the potty. We had no issues with him. Then he had severe constipation and after that was afraid to go. He was then was diagnosed with encopresis. He actually lost the urge to go on his own. The dr said its because he holds it in so much that the muscles had become too stretched out to make that gotta go feeling. He would always leak stool, and we always had to have potty breaks to get him to go. Hes been on miralax for months and eating high fiber foods but nothing seemed to help. I found out about this stuff and decided to give it a try. Today is day 5 with it and he went poop all by himself today! I never thought I would be so happy about poop in my life!! We were at our wits end. Constantly having to change his pull ups since he was always leaking and just feeling like nothing would ever help my boy feel better. Hes so excited today because he wants to go back to his big boy underwear and ditch the pull ups!!

> 3 dayMy grandson has Aspergers (high functioning autism) which are known to have gastrial issues. He is not 8 yrs old... he had AR as a baby... has fought constipation from the get go. He would hold it for 4-6 days.. lose his appetite and often vomit. Kids in general can be picky eaters, but autistic take it to a new level on picky with all the sensitivities they have. sight , smell. texture..etc. So diet change alone would be difficult. He was on miralax for a year or two, but I dont like the long term effects and wanted to try to fix naturally if possible. We tried a good probiotic and this did help some. Then doctor recommended this. Since on this, he has more consistant bowel movements than ever. He went through spell that we believe was mental and would hold it because it would be painful for him... but over time, using this. He now goes without us telling or making him go try.. he goes on his own. THIS IS MORE THAN WONDERFUL..... but his stuff does work....we are now experimenting with natural essential oils to better assist his digestive track
