Product is great, but shipping was horrible. Eleven days after ordering product was shipped and took one day to arrive. So much for Amazon Prime.

I work for a contractor in the Northwest. We had some issues with our dump trailer, tow weight, the current hitch assembly on the company truck, etc. In short, easy to install (you probably know this, but check your truck capacity and hitch assembly weight capacity), great value for the money, absolutely worth it. If your rig is up to pulling heavy loads, Curt delivers.

When hauling a heavy trailer, you want heavy and strong hitch components. This one is the real deal; solid and heavy.

Made well, threaded area is very long, had to add several washers to do what I needed.

I dislike the product due to fact there is no indentation to hold ball to tighten to trailer draw bar without destroying the ball base...

These are excellent. Strongest hitch ball I’ve found and I’ve had 3 of these over the years for various hitches. Only downfall is there isn’t a flat spot so sometimes it will spin when tightening. I had to get creative one time to get it tight.

This ball works great towing my 12,000 lb dump trailer with my Curt weight distribution hitch.
