> 3 dayWorks as it should, just either keep it inside when not being used, or keep a thin layer of grease/oil on it if you leave it on your truck, it is raw steel and will rust if you dont. Ive had several that were chrome plated, and eventually the chrome starts peeling off. Thats why I chose this ball. Nice machined finish, looks great.

> 3 dayCompany transports a skidsteer often our previous ball and hitch busted under the weight while driving. This one seems to have no problem under the 13000 to 17000 lbs. Well built. Just make sure you tighten your nut on tight.

> 3 dayThis is the strongest ball I can find and its only slightly more expensive than others. It is bare steel and will immediately rust so I spray painted mine black and then greased it. I also use a rubber ball cap when unhitched. My only complaint is that there are no flat spots on the sides for holding it while tightening to 450 ft-lbs. You have to use a pipe wrench to hold it which works fine but does leave marks. It seems all the newer balls omit the flat spots. I guess it cost a few cents extra to have them machined.

Greater than one weekGreat Trailer hitch ball. Worked perfectly for the hitch we purchased. Everything fit together nicely. Item is just as described. We’ve already pulled a heavy load 4 times across 2 states in 16 hours each trip. Definitely recommend this trailer ball.
