CushCore Tyre Insert Set

> 3 dayHavent had a flat in months! I also noticed my ride (even through Rocky gardens) feels a lot smoother! Is like upgrading your suspension. Be aware, it adds weight to your bike, and you will feel that difference for a few rides. Other than that, the pros outdo the cons. I recommend installing these if you plan to start getting a bit more serious with your riding, or you plan to go through very Rocky trails.

> 3 dayGet these for your bike yesterday! Cushcore provides a great ride feel and you can run your tires at lower pressures. I can finally drop my pressure and not roll my tires.

> 3 dayAs expected, not the easiest to install so watch the YouTube videos and it just takes a bit of effort. Put them on both mountain bike and love running lower pressure for grip and no worries about pinch flats. Not cheap but when youre $4k in a bike its worth the investment plus I saw at least 10 people with flats at the bike park last weekend

> 3 dayWatched all the videos about this product before installing. Even with the videos, I wasn’t able to successfully install either of Cush Cores. Found the product too tight around the rim to have any room to properly install the tire bead. After trying to install them for 3 hours I finally gave up. The material is good quality and I’m sure if I was able to install them they would work well.

> 3 dayI bought CuchCore to try to protect my brand new bike wheel. Within the first 2 miles of my first ride, I got a rim strike and flat tire. Upon further inspection I found the mark in CushCore where it caved in (see pictures), and allowed my rim to be damaged to the point that it will not hold air with a tubeless tire. I weight 210 lbs, and set pressure at 30 psi on my 29x2.3 tire on a intermediate-level trail. For what the raw material is, this product is severely overpriced. I would not recommend.

Greater than one weekYes, they are relatively heavy (1lb per set); yes, they are a bit tough to install... However, completely worth the piece of mind and comfort!! Im running 5-7psi less than before, Im taking corners with zero slip/twist. 100% worth the investment and 100% more confident during the ride.

Greater than one weekSo…. I bought this product last month. I opened my box today (10/16/22) to find out it’s not even brand new. There is no valve stems in the box so I had to purchase some extra. Can’t return it, because it’s past time. I would if I could. There’s also a burn mark in the Cushcore. Not a very happy camper. It’s definitely hard to get on to the room. Even harder to get the tire be to set.

> 3 dayPurchased to protect my carbon wheelset, word on the street was they are very hard to install. I had no problem using there special tool, lots of dish soap and softened the tires up in the sunlight. My issue is I tore a brand new $60 Maxxis rear tire sidewall on the first ride. So Im not to happy cause I thought these would offer some sidewall protection. Im going to leave the front one in, but probably wont install the rear one. On the fence right now with my purchase.
