07-06-2025Im new to watercolor, so Ive mostly been using mid-level paints as I learn. Daniel Smith Quinacridone Pink is one of the first quality paints Ive tried. Its really velvety and mixes great. I can mix it with a lower quality blue & end up with really rich purples. It lightens to a nice soft pink. Id like to get their Quinacridone sets eventually as they seem to be some of the more vibrant transparent pigments. Really nice quality!
