DAP 00585 Latex 6oz, White All Purpose Plastic Wood Filler, 6 Oz

This is the. best wood filler if you need to nail or screw into the wood. unlike some other wood fillers that are primarily for cosmetic appearance, this holds a screw tightly after drying. I used it to fill holes in the wood frame of cabinets when I replace the hinges. Worked perfectly!

just returned newly purchased tub of this filler. the tube it cam in had a leek. i have used this product several times, its the best I have ever used. hoping to receive replacement soon.

I was split over whether to choose the white or wood brown. I chose the white. After filling the hole with a Popsicle stick, I filled the remainder with the DAP, sanded it after it dried and painted over it. The paint absorption was perfect and nobody sees any hole there now.

This was just what I needed to fill in small defects in my rustic wood topped kitchen table. The repair with colored pencils, when dry, is not even noticeable.

I bought this to repair a damaged board on our patio table. I was skeptical, but WOW, it worked like a charm. Simple to use, and easy to clean up. And the best part, my table looks like new again!

I think of the color walnut as a dark brown, but this DAP walnut color is a light brown or tan. Had to touch it up with a wood repair marker.

Easy to use to hide nails on baseboards

If your looking for something that blends in well with real walnut, look somewhere else. This is much lighter in color than walnut. It isnt very tough either. I wouldnt trust it to hold a screw, because it crumbles easily with your fingers. Not worth the money at all.

Ive used this product with different color so I knew the quality of it. The color is much better for me to apply on the floor of what I have.

I have a 3 year old daughter who loves bumping her toys and pretty much anything else she gets ahold of into our door frames and our base boards, so they have definitely taken a beating. This allowed me to fill in all those unsightly dents and dings in the wood and then I was able to sand it down and paint over it. Worked like a charm!! 10/10 definitely did what I needed it to do.
