> 3 dayWe started with another brand of drops and it was so painful to have to give my infant 1 ml everyday. These drops are fantastic! If breastfeeding, you can place the drop on your nipple, otherwise I’ve also just put a drop directly into my babe’s mouth. I have not have any issues with it being hard to only dispense one drop, but have found that the one drop is a little slow to come out.

Greater than one weekI don’t know why all pediatricians to breastfeeding babies don’t just automatically prescribe these instead of those awful dropper ones that you have to find a way to get your breastfed baby to swallow 1 ml of! My girl has spit up issues when she was younger and was a bottle reject baby. Every 3 out of 4 times I gave her the 1 ml dropper kind, she’d get so upset that she’d throw up not only the vitamins but whatever breastmilk was in her little tummy. Then a girlfriend told me about these. They are a lifesaver!!! One drop on the nipple before a feeding was all it took. Taste never bothered my girl.

> 3 dayI use these as recommended by my sons pediatrician. He is just turning 2 months old and I’ve been using them since his 1 month check up. I guess they are working? Hard to know since no ones taking blood draws to measure his K levels lol. I put one drop in one bottle a day. It takes a few seconds for the drop to come out but that’s ok. I’d rather that than it gushing out too fast. It is very easy to get one single drop reliably. The taste is average and mixed the bottle is virtually tasteless. I have not tried putting it directly into his mouth not do I see a reason to ever do that when you could jsut drop it into a drink or food or formula. These were well priced and seem to be doing the trick.

> 3 dayWe got this to replace the Enfamil D-Vi-Sol product that is the standard you get at a pharmacy and it is perfect. The Enfamil stuff is junk, just read the ingredient list and ask yourself why a newborn cares what color it is, what flavor it has and why the number one ingredient is glycerol, basically fake sugar. Now the Ddops just has one thing other than the vitamin D, it uses refined coconut oil as the solution to put the vitamin in instead of glycerol. Nothing else, no fake color or flavoring, no ploysorbate 80 whatever that is, just coconut oil and Vitamin D. And you just need one drop, not a huge eye dropper full to the brim. And for the size of the bottle, yes it does not come full. If it did you would have a several year supply! Remember the dose is one drop, not one ml like the others. The packaging in several places states that this should not be full and just the bottom 1/4 or so should be, so as long as it is sealed you did not get a dud. And finally, if you are looking at this you are most likely doing it because you just want the vitamin, not the extra junk that just makes it look like you are giving a full dose, give this product a try.

> 3 dayI love that I can just put one drop on before my baby nurses and she gets the recommended amount of vitamin d. Before this, I was putting it in her bottle and she wouldn’t always finish the whole thing so I didn’t know if she was getting enough. The only downside is that it can be hard to get the drop out of the bottle. And then you have to be careful it doesn’t rub off onto your clothes or the baby before she starts nursing.

> 3 dayLove it for both my LO. When my older one was a baby, she was given this Ddrop. Now, for the younger LO, this is the only one he uses too. I like the fact thats its one drop, with little coconut oil! and nothing else/more

> 3 dayAfter getting a sample of the DViSol liquid for my little guy, we found it hard to get down him after the first few times. I ended up feeling bad because of the amount of liquid we had to give him every day in the little syringe. He would look at me like I was trying to feed him soap. This is ONE drop. All I have to do is either drop it onto my finger, my boob, or into his little mouth and thats it! There isnt a taste, so he doesnt give me a grimace or gag. So easy, convienent, and better for my baby. I know hes getting what he needs with this bottle!

06-12-2024I really liked that this was meant to be an easy to dispense one drop onto my nipple while breastfeeding or into a bottle. In the beginning, the drop would come out really fast, sometimes a bit too fast and if I wasnt careful I would get two drops. But giving it to my baby this way was a lot easier than the 1ml syringe of some other brands, because my LO hates taking medicine and would fight me or spit half of it out. Now one of my bottles has about 1/3 left, and I CANT GET IT TO COME OUT. I dont know if the liquid level is just too low to make it into the dropper, but I have tried turning it every possible way to get it to go into the dropper, sometimes holding it upside down for 5 minutes, and I will get nothing. So now Im left with a bottle 1/3 full and cant get to it. I ordered a second bottle (before I knew that the first one would be so hard to get the last of it out) and plan to combine them when that one gets too low. Being that the bottle already comes half empty (because it has a specific number of doses), and in the beginning sometimes a dose is wasted when it comes out too fast, and near the end I cant get the doses out, think of it as if youre only getting 1/2 to 2/3 the amount of what they are selling you. If you still think that is a bargain, go for it. My LO has had no problems taking this, and when it does come out quickly, its very convenient.
