This is the best buy for a small space (closet or bathroom) dehumidifier. It works very well and is very, very quiet. We live in deep East Texas, so it is very humid here. I am dumping the reservoir once a week. It turns itself off when full, so no chance of a mess because of overflow. I would highly recommend purchasing this.

I put this in my closet because it felt cold damp UT works great perfect for the job

Whatever your experience is with the product itself, Id say you can rely on having a great experience with this seller which in my opinion is just as valuable as the product being purchased! (Below is the initial review) ---------‐------------------------------------‐----------- The product has successfully sucked in moisture the 4 times Ive used it...but it didnt suck in nearly as much moisture/humidity in the air as I was hoping. Maybe my expectations were too high or I got a defective unit, but I used it in my small bathroom with the door closed while running a steaming shower. I get its not meant to suck up all the steam quickly like a vacuum/bathroom exhaust fan, but it took quite a while after my shower was over to collect a very small puddle of moisture from the air. I will credit the products low noise feature. Its not silent, but is a nice low level fan sound that isnt bothersome at all. I can see myself being able to fall asleep with it on. I wouldnt be surprised if it being low level noise and not being as powerful as Id hoped are connected. All in all...its low noise, it does suck up some level of humidity in the air, and the LED lights are a pretty feature (and you can turn it off if you dont want it)...but if you were hoping to have this be an alternative solution to paying a lot to install a bathroom exhaust fan/window like I was, I wouldnt recommend it.

Updated Comment: Customer Service has been great in reaching out to assist me with my issues and I applaud that. I am expecting a new unit and will update again once I get it up and running. Old Comment: I was really happy with the performance of this model as far as reducing moisture. It was used in a bathroom and noise level was not an issue and I paid no attention and dont remember it being too loud. I got it in September and by January, it starting making strange noises. It stopped working and then started up again and now does not work. I did not run it 24/7. Just when shower was being used or clothes being dried.

I bought this product because my room tends to get stuffy easily when the door is closed, and it causes condensation at night around the window and leads to excess moisture causing mold to form. From my use so far, it has been very effective in making the room less humid, and also makes it a bit more comfortable because it feels less stuffy as a result. This device is quite effective in getting moisture out of the air and removing the liquid from the reservoir is quite a simple process as well, as it doesn’t leak or drip anywhere. The design of the product looks very sleek as well, and it has been very effective in removing moisture from the air. I would recommend this product for any people who use their room with the door closed for extended periods.

My bathroom does not have any ventilation and after showers was a mess drying walls mirrors just everything every time I showered, not anymore, this dehumidifier is a workhorse for being a smaller unit, very quiet too. Saved me so much work and possibly repairs to moisture damage. Love it!

When I first got this dehumidifier, I was surprised how little it was. But I loved that it was inconspicuous. It pulls out tons of moisture for a little machine. Runs relatively quiet in high speed and nearly noiseless on low speed. Unfortunately (now that I’m passed my return date) if I turn the machine off, when I turn it back on the fan makes a horrible sound and it doesn’t help to change the fan speed. I have gotten it to stop by shaking it for several minutes while it’s running, so clearly something is amiss inside. If I could exchange it for the same unit I would give this one another go because once I get the fan going without that horrible noise it’s a powerful little machine. UPDATE… vendor saw my post here and reached out to me, unsolicited, offered a full refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement but was skeptical thinking it could have been spam. To my surprise my new unit came today. In transparency they did ask that I update my review and contemplate changing my star rating from a 3 to a 5. I did that due to the unexpected customer service. Hopefully the new unit will last longer than my original purchase.
