Dissatified [ now former ] Dell customer
> 3 dayUsed this monitor only twice. When moving it on its stand, as it is designed to do, it cracked a third of the way across the screen under my thumb. It is not functional. I reported this to Dell, who refuses to replace it. They call this damage instead of it was really is: a manufacturing defect. Be advised of their poor support.

> 3 dayIve had this for about a week and loving it. Hooked up fast, easily, and without issues. Hooked up with the DP and USB cables. Color is accurate out of the box but the screen brightness is just a tad on the dull side. I work in photoshop for graphics work and its suitable but just have to adjust to the lack of brightness by compensating for it in my workflow. Articulating screen works quite well although sometimes moving it moves the weighted base / entire unit out of position on my desk (but just a tad). Its VERY hard to find an all around good touch screen monitor on their own. I would say there are less than a dozen models but some are ancient (released back in 2013 or so) so choices are limited. This is simply because they didnt catch on as a stand alone product when the All in one computers came out with a touch screen monitor included. All in all I give this 4 stars very deservingly. The monitor came with the DP, USB, VGA cables and power cord and the design has cable management design to keep your cables tidy in the back. My only annoyance was first figuring out how to navigate the on screen menu for calibration and settings. Thera re buttons on the bottom edge of the screen bezel for that purpose and it wasnt really clear how to use them for navigating. As it turns out two of them are used to move left and right in the menu system and one is used to move up and down, while one of them helps you exit the menu. Once I figured it out its a breeze to use. One positive is the on / off button is illuminated and located in the same area as the navigation buttons on the right bottom. A bottom location for the on off button assures you wont be touching it while working your touch screen. Smart.

Greater than one weekThis monitor is awesome! Great color and brightness, touch screen is accurate, and Ive improved my productivity and gotten better scores on my gaming. The set-up instructions were a total joke, however. Electronics companies seem to be allergic to giving anyone a real owners manual anymore. The 8 x 11 sheet, with sketchy instructions leaves much to be desired. The monitor can be hooked up by VGA, DP, or HDMI, but no real detail is given, I suppose, in the back of my mind I knew that only one of these was required, but it would have been nice if Dell would have mentioned this. I feel I got the monitor working by accident, rather than by design. Cmon, Dell, if I give you $400 for a touch screen monitor, you should at least provide decent instructions.

> 3 dayI picked up this monitor to use with my laptop. I wanted it wide so that I can have 2 windows, side-by-side, while Im writing my reports. I also wanted a touch screen, and didnt want to spend a fortune. While its not perfect, it meets all of my requirements. Ive used it almost daily for over 2 months now and am very satisfied with this monitors features and performance. What I like: -super light for its size, I can pick this screen easily and move it around if I need to -the stand is solid and allows the monitor to be raised, lowered and angled to make it comfortable to use -connection was easy. Some said they had problems, but I found the directions were easy to follow and I had it set up and connected within just a few minutes -I mentioned it was touch screen, right? This feature has worked flawlessly for me. I love it -No flickering. Im highly sensitive to light changes on a monitor or tv. This is LED and it has zero noticeable flickering, so no migraines -Screen quality is good for web browsing, document-based work, and even the occasional graphic work. -the price makes this a great value What I didnt like: -graphics arent crisp. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If you work primarily in graphics then this probably isnt the best monitor for you. If you work with text or browse the web its hardly noticeable -the port cover is difficult to attach. After the monitor is set up and all cords are connected, this is supposed to snap on over them, probably for a dust cover, or maybe to give a cleaner appearance. The problem is that it goes on the underside and back of the monitor, unless I detach the monitor from the stand, this area isnt easily accessible. I turned the monitor and tried to blindly get the tabs to go into the slots and then click into place against the cords, which resist against the cover. It failed and I left it there because its far more trouble than its worth, in my opinion. If they wanted a dust cover, then it should be a hinged door. This useless piece of plastic just sits there cluttering up my space

> 3 dayI purchased two of these because I work from home and I needed a break from the mouse… I was experiencing problems with my finger and thumb and wrist so I thought a touchscreen monitor might help and it most certainly did!
