In terms of ports and options it seems great and when it works it is fantastic. The issue is that it doesnt always work... regardless of the device I plug it into the data/power connects /disconnects over and over endlessly. If I sit there for 20 minutes playing with the Fixed usb c cable it eventually gets it just right to work properly, but why, why have a fixed cable to start? Why is it the main part of the system that HAS TO WORK and doesnt?! Sadly I didnt test this product due to a busy work life and have missed the return window. TEST IT BEFORE THAT RETURN WINDOW CLOSES! Beyond being basically a useless paper weight its a good dock if you can get it to work.

This is the worst docking station Ive ever had, it literraly takes 3 to 4 attempts to turn it back on after stand by mode. Its simply a waste of your time and energy. I dont get it, how can they come up with such a failure.

Plug and play, works flawlessly with both my Dell and Macbook Pro laptops. Ive got a monitor and three USB attachments, no issues with any of them, and it charges as well.

The box was dented, had an old label that had been ripped off, and although the seal was still in place, the box had been cut open and taped over. All of the inside packaging had been previously opened and the wiring was sloppily wound in the plastic bags. The unit itself has a few small scratches, but seems to work fine. Not totally happy with the way it was received, especially since it was supposed to be new. Adding on to my initial review: 2 days in, the dock stopped working. Very aggravated. Now I HAVE to return it.

It really was super simple 2 set up, just plug things in 2 it and plug it into my router!

I would not buy a product from this vendor. I purchased this docking station Sept 2021 and it no longer works. I called Dell support and they said It was over 3 years old and there is nothing they can do. Buyer beware.

Doesnt work with my Insperion Dell. The connector doesnt fit
