> 3 dayThey need updated photos for the large. I bought the medium and large. They show both to look the same. But the large is different on the outside and inside. They used the medium photos for the large. I didnt think to take photos before sending it back. The TSA lock is difficult to set and operate. The numbers are small and hard to read.

> 3 dayI purchased this carry-on in 2018 and it had a catch in the zipper, but I messed with it until this year when the zipper broke. I contacted Delsey about it and yesterday a new bag arrived. Thank you, Delsey!

> 3 dayWe bought two of these for an extended trip to Europe. Lightweight and with the spinning feature -this is the bag you want for a long trip. It fits everything but easily becomes an overweight bag (for airlines) if you fill it up all the way. Be sure to weigh it before your trip to avoid fees!

> 3 dayPLEASE read THIS review!! I feel that I can fully attest to the quality and durability of this bag as I have flown EVERY WEEK for 3 years on business using THIS bag as my carry-on. First, I want to tell you that I have beat the living crap out of this bag rolling it through airports, up and down curves sharply, up and down ramps and on concrete sidewalks. It has been packed in overhead bins (has fit every US airline easily)... and bus bays, dragged in and out of car trunks and has even been dropped a time or two (with laptop inside) with no damages or signs of wear and tear after 3 years!!! Its astounding to me how well this little bag has held up. Still looks as sleek as ever. The spinner wheels make it a breeze to move around and have held up with all of this travel beautifully. No issues. The inside is roomy enough to pack for a weekend. I easily fit three outfits, a pair of shoes, makeup and toiletry bag and my laptop and charger. It has been absolutely wonderful for travel. The ONLY negative this bag has (and its such a minor thing) is that the little side flaps on the laptop pocket have to be tucked in to zip manually. They sometimes bend outward instead of automatically folding in when you close the bag. That could be improved because it can be annoying in a hurry...but overall this bag is so incredible I can take the 2 seconds it requires to do this. Buy this bag. I PROMISE it will be a great investment.

> 3 dayThis is a very nice product but the blue selection is dull and not the same color of the picture. The picture looks fairly light but actual is darker.

> 3 dayI really like the case. It arrived on time and was well packaged (double boxed) but it did have a small dent on one side. I did not return it because I needed it for a a trip. It will get dented and scratched over time if you fly.

> 3 daySurvived a trip to Vegas with no problems. Of course there were a couple scuff marks but that is to be expected. Overall it’s a roomy suitcase and glad I went with this one. The only con is that the handle feels slightly flimsy.

Greater than one weekIts a cheap but functional hardshell polycarb suitcase. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the paint job on the outside is pretty terribly done -- lots of chipping on each trip. Still, most of us dont buy suitcases for their aesthetic appeal. On the durability front, Ive used it on around 10 trips now, and on probably a third of them, a corner was bent inwards, as if it was dropped (or a very angry and powerful United employee decided to punch the corner). No permanent damage -- very easy to just punch out the corner again. I know theres a tradeoff between weight and durability of hardshell suitcases, but would have still expected the suitcase to be a bit more durable, perhaps with a bit of reinforcement in the corners. For the price though, it does the job well. I just wouldnt put anything fragile in there.
