DELSEY Paris Helium Aero Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Black, 2-Piece Set (21/25)

Bought this piece for a two week bus tour we went on, that means that the luggage made it through four plane load/unloads, and every other day load unload from bus to hotel and back and it came through in excellent condition. After the trip, I gave it a good cleaning, polished it up and it looks like new. In addition, it is very easy to pack and organize, especially so if you use packing cubes. It accommodated my clothes and shoes for the trip with no problem and I did not even have to use the 2 inch expansion available. Also, very easy to roll about and maneuver around in. I highly recommend this luggage, particularly at these prices when compared to the competition. A bargain.

I don’t know what to say about this bag that hasn’t been said but Delsey has hit a home run with this line. My wife and I have traveled around the world and have worn some bags out and we know good from bad. I’m shocked at the price of this bag and all of the Delsey bags. This rolls beautifully and looks great too. We already have the international carry-on sized bag and love it too. Plenty of space, expandable too. No frills, just a high quality, great looking suitcase.

Nice suitcase. I have a larger one for long trips, but this ones great for a 3 or 4 day business trip. Easily maneuverable and lightweight. Looks nice, too.

The was the first usage, but they passed the test of cobblestone. Many of eastern Europes sidewalks and pedestrian ways are cobblestone. I was expecting to need to drag them on 2 wheels to cover the terrain, but they worked well on all 4 wheels for the 4 weeks we ran around eastern Europe. We accumulated Vodka and Beer Steins that all came home intact. On smooth surfaces like our American sidewalks, I could put the handles on the lowest notch and drive both with one hand. Now ... your mother will probably not do that, but you could easily do so for your Wife or Mother. I cannot prognosticate the long-term durability, but after 7 countries in 4-weeks of trains, planes and automobiles across eastern Europe, they are working great. One additional thing is that only once did they tip over while pushing them on 4 wheels. The dimensions seemed like they might topple while pushing on rough surfaces, but they were great!

I love this luggage! Its so stylish and roomy. I have yet to actually use them on a trip somewhere, but they are really very nice! Im glad I bought them. I love the swivel wheels, the design, and I especially like the fact that they can be stored within each other. The small one in the medium one, and then the medium one can be stored in the larger one. Great space saver, and theyre just so attractive and well made! Highly recommend this luggage. Buy the set!

Ive used this bag on 2 intercontinental flights, and its held up beautifully so far. I was sad to see the first minor scuffs from baggage handling, but its job is to protect whats inside, and so far this suitcase has done so admirably. The wheels are still like new, and the case is structurally sound. For my needs, this suitcase is cavernous. This particular size (25 Inch) allows me to carry a lot, while still keeping below the 50 lb (23 kg) weight limit. One minor annoyance was that the shiny plating on the top of the handle came off sometime during the first flight, but who knows what kind of abuse the bag endured between baggage check and baggage claim.

I was so happy with the Helium Aero carry-on spinner, than I also got the next two sizes up including the 29 inch model. I love the blue color, and the quality seems very good considering the economical price. Ive used the Aero carry-on on many trips, and it has held up very well. This isnt luxury luggage that is made of carbon fiber and may last 50 years. But, for the price I am very happy and it should last me a number of years.

I used to have the blue one. It is a great size and lasted 4 years before the top handle broke. I bought the silver one thinking it’s a newer model therefore the same plus extra nice. It’s super sturdy but has a click button closure and no expansion. Noticed the expensive ones / newer models (silver and cobalt blue) probably both don’t. They’re more sturdy but I would rather have the extra space. Feel annoyed that both product lines are intermingled and now I have to coordinate sending back.

Poor construction...flimsy sides and zipper, wheels breaking down after only 2 months of use as air travel carryon. Unstable, tends to catch and tip when rolling. Per Delsey We dont accept items for returns after usage. How something that has a 10-year warranty is expected to not have been used is beyond me. The quality that is marketed and the quality that is received are not equivalent. Absolutely not recommended.

PLEASE read THIS review!! I feel that I can fully attest to the quality and durability of this bag as I have flown EVERY WEEK for 3 years on business using THIS bag as my carry-on. First, I want to tell you that I have beat the living crap out of this bag rolling it through airports, up and down curves sharply, up and down ramps and on concrete sidewalks. It has been packed in overhead bins (has fit every US airline easily)... and bus bays, dragged in and out of car trunks and has even been dropped a time or two (with laptop inside) with no damages or signs of wear and tear after 3 years!!! Its astounding to me how well this little bag has held up. Still looks as sleek as ever. The spinner wheels make it a breeze to move around and have held up with all of this travel beautifully. No issues. The inside is roomy enough to pack for a weekend. I easily fit three outfits, a pair of shoes, makeup and toiletry bag and my laptop and charger. It has been absolutely wonderful for travel. The ONLY negative this bag has (and its such a minor thing) is that the little side flaps on the laptop pocket have to be tucked in to zip manually. They sometimes bend outward instead of automatically folding in when you close the bag. That could be improved because it can be annoying in a hurry...but overall this bag is so incredible I can take the 2 seconds it requires to do this. Buy this bag. I PROMISE it will be a great investment.
