25-11-2024Looks good and performs well. Light weight and appears in good condition after our trip. In fact just bought the 19 International model for carry on since our luggage took a day longer to get to Jamacia than we did. Learned to bring one days worth of clothing, etc. as carry-on. I am considering on buying the 25 model, but with the wheels, it is a little bigger than airline guidelines allow. I dont think they will notice, but they will charge $175 (Delta) for an oversize bag.

> 3 dayI purchased the Delsey Honore 19 early in 2015 as I needed something smaller than my 23 carry on to take on my frequent business trips. The wheels on the Honore are amazing. Smooth and silent. the kind of wheels that allow the luggage to start rolling on its own if youre not on a completely flat surface. And this is even AFTER pulling the luggage over sidewalks for blocks at a time in Manhattan and Chicago. I recently purchased the 25 Helium Aero to take on two 2 week business trips I had overseas. I didnt think Id need a 25 suitcase very often so wasnt anxious to spend as much as the larger Honore cost. After 4 weeks checked in on multiple planes traveling in Europe and Asia, I can say that they inside held up great, the outside shiny polycarbonate actually looks better than I expected, and the weight of the piece is fine. Not too heavy, but feels durable. My only complaint is that the wheels are a complete disappointment compared to how awesome the wheels on my 19 Honore perform. Theres no chance of this thing rolling anywhere unless you move it; and over more difficult terrain like a sidewalk its a bit cumbersome. I had to pull it behind me on two wheels on multiple occasions. So overall, a good piece of luggage, but knowing how great luggage wheels can perform, these were a little disappointing.

> 3 dayBeen using it for months and I travel by plane at least once a month. It has been amazing. Absolutely no problems. I’ve had multiple people ask where I got it! Also I fit more in this suitcase than I ever have in any other carry on. I can pack for a week to two weeks of clothes with two pairs of shoes and all my cosmetics. It fits perfect in the overhead. No scratches, no dents. I can’t give a better review. Very pleased.

Greater than one weekLoved the color. For the price, it should have a sturdier build.

> 3 dayVery sturdy handle, exterior, and interior build with limited and competing storage because the handle housing is built to lie on the inside of the case. Keep in mind that this suitcase is sized to allow it as a carry-on on both domestic and international flights, so by that very nature, its not intended to fit more than 3 days of outfits, so dont expect to bring more. My only big concern is how the wheels will hold up over time. The wheels work great on a smooth airport floor terminal, but you have to get to the terminal first. What about the instances where youre needing to roll along city streets that arent wheel friendly so that you can hop on transit to get to and from the airport? What about the cobble stone roads in Europe? What about steps when an elevator is not available and you dont want to use the handle to lift? Ive rolled over all of these situations and more, and so far the wheels are fine (after one round trip to Europe). Ive purchased two of these and Im happy with my purchase. This item is a definite go.

> 3 dayOverall I’m happy with this suitcase; however, I’m not thrilled that the contents having to be divided between the two sides. When having to open the suitcase on trips where I have to store my clothes in the suitcase, the contents fall out when I open it unless I remember to strap them in each time before I close it. This is the case with all hard sided suitcases from what I can tell. I don’t understand why they can’t design a hard sided case that opens like a soft sided one. This suitcase is attractive and appears to be well made.

> 3 dayGreat. Noticed that product comes with a notice that it has chemicals which are known to cause cancer in the state of California. Also the luggage outer shell can get scratches while traveling. It comes with Delcy global warranty for 10 years

> 3 dayThis is our 4th piece of Delsey luggage and it lives up to its name. We used it recently with the extra allowance zipper fully opened and in Checked baggage and it came through beautifully.
