Totally disappointed that the suitcase arrives already scratched and with plastic and thread hanging out the creases of the suitcase. Where the plastic meets any other object (wheel, handle, zipper). Photos attached. Price and BJ brand quality don’t match product delivered. Even BJ nameplate isn’t straight, isnt flat and has plastic hanging from sides. I tried to use thin tweezers to pull plastic from seams. Really disappointed.

I am very excited, I was sad because it came with a factory defect, I have been promised a full refund to be able to order again, it is beautiful, but it came with a manufacturing error.

The product was used for weekend travel. It lightweight and the wheels move smoothly. It holds quite a few items.

I love Betsy Johnson, but I was disappointed in the quality of this luggage. The lining was not cut right and was sewn into the zipper, leaving the lining exposed and sticking out the side. Not worth the price.

Love the design but have to be careful because its not very sturdy

The suitcase is very cute, but the liner inside is very cheap and I was afraid of putting anything that wasn’t clothing inside. It’s so thin anything could rip it.

These are my first hard case suitcases and I was concerned about a couple of the poor reviews, but I think those people just got defects (which happens). I got two sizes of these and they work great! I rolled them down several city blocks and all through big airports and Airport parking lots and they were a dream. You can fit so much stuff in these as well! Theres a couple zipper compartments & a zippered divider which helps for smaller pack loads. Also has decent pink elastic snap down straps to hold your stuff in place so your stuff wont fall all over the place when you open it.

Beautiful luggage but this is the second time i have to send it back due to sticky stuff on the inside and it has black mold!. Outside on the hard part has alot of scratches and scuff marks as well! I wish they would check item before shipping! I really wanted this luggage and soo disappointed that i have to go to UPS store to ship it back a second time!

I like how light weight it is. Very sturdiness and stretches out when u want to pack more inside.
