I read the reviews and really wanted to like this luggage. It is adorable. However, the hard case is made of very thin plastic. One trip in an airplane and this luggage will not make it. Also, the seam at the bottom of the luggage was coming apart. You could see where it was glued and not sticking. In addition, there were strings/ribbons hanging from the seams and very flimsy. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. A plastic lunch box is more sturdy than this item. Unbelievable someone would sell this at this price. This is worth maybe $20 at best. You are paying for the name brand but I would be embarrassed to have my name on this item. Betsy, whats up???

What a fun install stylish a suitcase!! Very lightweight easy turning on the wheels sturdy I am super cute on the inside. The added luggage tag was a cute surprise for me highly recommend buying!

This was a great carryon and fit in the planes overhead bin well. Not too heavy and was roomy inside

I never used it because It was coming apart at the seams like the glue was old or like it had been used previously and overstuffed. I have had these Betsey Johnson luggage items in the past and they are great quality in the four wheels are easy to use. However it’s sad to think that Amazon is selling used items but this had to have been used

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it. She loves Flamingos. Its very well made and just as cute as it can be. I love Betsey Johnson products.
