> 3 dayTotally disappointed that the suitcase arrives already scratched and with plastic and thread hanging out the creases of the suitcase. Where the plastic meets any other object (wheel, handle, zipper). Photos attached. Price and BJ brand quality don’t match product delivered. Even BJ nameplate isn’t straight, isnt flat and has plastic hanging from sides. I tried to use thin tweezers to pull plastic from seams. Really disappointed.

Greater than one weekI bought this for my niece for Christmas, since she and her boyfriend were traveling over the holidays. She loves all things Sugar Skulls, Day of the Dead, etc. The sugar skulls design on this roller luggage is very cute, the colors are vibrant, still girly. The luggage is sturdy, it should hold up to a lot of traveling. It also expands, so she can fit any souvenirs she picks up (and any gifts for Auntie! lol) The wheels roll very smoothly, handle is sturdy, it feels well-built without being too heavy. My niece said she received a lot of compliments on it during her trip, she loves it!
