D:fi D:struct Pliable Molding Creme 5.3.oz

Been using this product for years. I always try out different products here and there but this stuff is my standard. It washes out very easily and doesnt leave your hair feeling gunky or sticky at all. I recommend drying your hair well before using the product. Just use a small amount. Too much and your hair will look and feel heavy. I take a dab of it and spread it back and forth between my hands, like building up a lather, then distribute evenly. The best thing about this product is that its versatile. I can give my hair a bit of a messy look or even keep it nice and smart. I wouldnt recommend it for hair that needs to stand straight up like spikes or mohawks. Overall, a great product and one Ill continue to buy for years to come.

This creme is extremely easy to use. I just apply it to my palms and run it through my hair. Its not as strong as I hoped, losing it strength after about 3-4 hours. It still keeps the hair in the direction that I put it in, but it no longer has the lifting hold that it has at first. The major bad thing about this product is that it smells like coconut. If you dont like a fake coconut smell, then you wont be able to stand this at all. Fortunately, it seems to go away after the first hour. Other than the terrible smell, this is fairly good, albiet a bit expensive.

It took me a while to figure out the best way to use this product, but after doing so, Ive discovered this is THE BEST product for a tousled look. After using a leave-in conditioner, I scrunch my hair into waves. A dab of this product will set my waves and they hold all day! Air drying is best, but it still works if you scrunch/blow dry. The product smells great, too! The only drawback: it can make your hair too heavy if you use too much or put it on dry hair. Also, because it tends to make the hair a bit dull, an additional spray might be recommended if you need some shine.

Ive been using this stuff for years, works great... just use a little on days at the office, a little more going out on weekends. I was ordering a new can, noticed the images of the packing have been updated, so wasnt sure what would arrive after I ordered it. The new order arrived, and the packaging is updated as pictured, but the product is the same good stuff. I highly recommend this, and Ive tried dozens of other products over the years. Cheers. -KD

Bomb ass hair gel. Ive had trouble with finding the right hair gel. Ive gone through probably 5 or 6 different products before I was recommended this product by my friend. Being Asian, its hard to find a gel for hard hair thatll keep your hair in shape throughout the day. This gel holds very well (Id say 6+ hours) and its not shiny (which I dont like). The best part is it washes out really easily. Ive tried the Gatsby gel that all other Asians use and while it holds great, its a pain in the ass to wash it out. This gel washes right off with water which is why I wouldnt recommend it if youre going to be around/in water but otherwise its great.

Hands down still the greatest Male molding cream the world has ever known. Ive tried other brands, but keep coming back over the last 15 years. Its the best and only takes a dab of product to get good results (literally).

Ive been looking for a hair product over the years that does a few things: - Holds all day - Looks natural - Doesnt give that 1950s grease look This product fits the bill. No longer do I have to see that 1990s LA Looks style that looks like a glob of hair gel nor do I have to see the thinned-out mouse look or sporting the military crew cut because of the Im tired of fiddling with my hair routine. Cons: - Expensive creme Otherwise, spectacular product. I highly recommend it.

I discovered this hair goop earlier this year when I went to try a new place out to get a haircut. After that haircut, I was really surprised with how easy it was to apply hair and how well it held through the day. The matte finish and non-rock hard hold are great (because I have no intention to transform into a Jersey guido). I wake up, have a shower, and Im out of the door in about 15 minutes. With D:struct I spend maybe 5 seconds rubbing it in my hands and another 10-15 seconds to put it in my hair. This is way quicker than when I was using Redken for Men, or some of the American Crew products (which these really carry a scent through the whole day). The only downside I would say is the smell. I cant describe exactly what it is, but theres a fruity smell to D:struct. Im a guy so this is naturally a little concerning. However, I think the smell is only detectable for the first 45 minutes or so. I dont pick up on that smell as my day progresses and I havent heard any comments from family or friends yet! The price on Amazon currently ($17.00) for the larger size is a good deal in my opinion. I paid about that much locally for the smaller jar. The large jar I got from Amazon had the exact same characteristics compared to what I bought locally...same great stuff and just a better value on Amazon. Guys: If youre using American Crew, try this stuff out and youll probably end up making the switch as I did.

I decided to try the d:fi molding creme after going back and forth between Mitch and American Crew products for some time. I do like the overall hold and matte texture of the d:fi, but the texture of the product sometimes makes it difficult to work through the hair initially. This just means a few extra minutes of working with the product to get the look Im going for, but ultimately Ill get there. This does last all day long and even into the next morning sometimes, so durability is not an issue. Pricing is less than the other brands I use so I will definitely consider rebuying when the time comes. Id say its worth a shot if youre looking for a similar product.
