03-06-2025This little square is always in my pocket while in the shop. It had been so handy for so many reasons. From squaring up machinery, to checking square on stock, center finder as well as using it to transfer a line down from the face to edge of a board. The owner cares about quality and it shows with all his products. People on here complaint about price don’t understand that this is American made and designed. Support real people. Support DFM

Greater than one weekI love this tiny square edge. I can easily use the two pegs and pencil hole to mark the center of a board edge, as well as make sure my scroll saw blade is squared.

> 3 dayThis is my second DFM square and third purchase (including the awesome card scrapers). The finish is perfect and the accuracy is dead on. These are great for checking squareness for chisel and plane blade edges and other small needs for woodworking. Reasonably priced, well packaged and.....Made in the USA!

> 3 dayI just received my mini square in the mail yesterday. When opened I noticed it had a decent sized little knick on the top square side. Because of this, the square won’t lay flush. I don’t know how to ask for a replacement. When I tried it just sends me to return it. I would love a new one since this one won’t work with that knick in it.

> 3 dayI use hand plane for my jointing. This tool allow me to easily check that the board edges are square to the face and make adjustments if needed. Small enough that I can always keep in a pocket.
