DGOL 6 Sizes Leather Oval Hole Punch Belt Hollow Punching Cutting Cutter Tool Kit

I was making a dust collection boot for my Bosch miter saw and needed an a precise oval cut out in the plastic material to fit the connection points on the saw. This set of tools did the trick!

These are just what i was looking for to use on lacing projects.

These punches have much thicker cutters than the ones I bought years ago from Tandy. This means they can be resharpened and should last me about 100 years.

Does not hold up with regular use. I only used 2 out of the entire set. Both got dull and wouldnt cut through the material. Also after using one, it didnt hold its cutting shape/cutting form. It got all deformed. Had to throw it away. You get what you pay for.

Bought these to punch holes in belt. Have made several belts. Edges tend to bend in when in use on belt material. For the price, you really cant complain. I straightened the edges out and re-sharpened the edges. They work much better now. The factory edge was at a wrong taper, which made the edge too thin. You have to remember this is light gauged metal. steepen the taper more to a 45 degree taper and you will have less problems with the edge giving in on you. I am happy with my order, and knowing the fix to the problem, I will order again.

These oval leather punch tools are the ideal tool for making concise oval holes in belts for custom fit. The tools are well-made, varying in size, and made from steel. They will last for many years. I am happy with them.

The wall on yhe one I used collapsed and would not cut any more.

Smaller than I thought they were. Ill still use them for projects.
