Greater than one weekThe adhesion is so very poor, and you must end up taping them on your wound, and thats ashame as they are made well. I kept them because of that, as taping them on presently is an inconvenience. No fault of Amazon.

> 3 dayAdheres and absorbs very well. I tried so many bandage brands and types for a pressure sore that would not heal for 3 months. Would place wound ointment on other bandages, but they always fell off in less than a day and did not absorb well. With these, I changed the bandaged every 2 days. Showered with them and they stayed on. Did not have to apply ointment, and the thickness of the bandage lessened the pain. My wound is almost healed after 2 weeks. So glad I found this.

> 3 dayI was looking for something I could buy that would be comparable to Mepilex border foam dressings and I found that these are the best ones. The silicone is gentle and both sticks well and is easy to remove. These are absorbent and do a decent job of wicking away moisture. These have many layers to help with wound drainage.
