Greater than one weekThese are the same wound dressings they have in the hospital. The entire thing has adhesive including the gauze part making it a great seal around the wound. I had used it on an abcess and it worked out beautifully. Im also allergic to adhesive Im tape and this didnt give me any reaction.

> 3 dayAdheres and absorbs very well. I tried so many bandage brands and types for a pressure sore that would not heal for 3 months. Would place wound ointment on other bandages, but they always fell off in less than a day and did not absorb well. With these, I changed the bandaged every 2 days. Showered with them and they stayed on. Did not have to apply ointment, and the thickness of the bandage lessened the pain. My wound is almost healed after 2 weeks. So glad I found this.

Greater than one weekMy husband is in a wheelchair so it is very important to heal a sore as soon as he gets one. These were perfect to use. I have tried other ones but these ones had a good padded foam area to protect the sore and allow it to heal. It created a great barrier to protect it when he had aquatic therapy and kept it nice and dry. Will only use these from now on.

This kept the area clean, prevented my clothing from snagging on traditional bandages, was easy to apply, moved with me (it was back of shoulder blade so lots of pulling/twisting/not flat area, and kept the area from getting wet when I showered.
