> 3 dayI have been wanting a DMC color chart for so long and when I saw that this one actually featured the actual threads I ordered it. Each color is represented by multiple threads so you can really see the color. This color chart includes not only the DMC threads for embroidery, but also includes the DMC light effects, color variations, pearl cottons and metallic pearls. My packaged arrived in perfect shape! I will be using this color chart for counted cross stitch and diamond painting!

> 3 dayThis card contains the 35 new regular colors, plus other specialty ones as well, including variegated and the E-series, and thickness samples for the Perle coton series. Youll have to make a bit of effort to make sense of the numbering method, but its not hard to use, and with this card in hand you can match any thread quickly and easily. If youve never bought a color card, you may be tempted to go with the cheaper printed card. Trust me, its worth the price difference to get this one - you get *actual thread samples,* not a photo, which makes all the difference. This is my second color card. Im amazed by how different it is from my first one bought years ago. DMC was always the best in the business but they did not rest on their laurels - they continue to expand the range of available colors, thickness and textures. Well done DMC.

> 3 dayIts what you need to match. What can I say...you need this to match most anything....I have thread that I used to do a pattern BUT it wasnt DMC and my friend wanted the cross stich so much....so I matched it with and.....Well it was a perfect solution. Ok, I am dilthering but it helped me do a second OWL cross stich with DMC thread and it was acually much nicer then the original.

Greater than one weekI had seen mixed reviews about whether this was the updated version or if it was the actual threads. It is the updated version and it has the actual threads. If you think you’re saving money buying the $10 one — you aren’t going to be getting the updated or actual thread version!

> 3 dayI found this to be quite expensive at $40, but also the item was hard to find. Upon receiving my DMC color card, I found it for $10+. This was disconcerting.

> 3 dayIf you like picking your own threads for embroidery or you want to color match- you need this. Super useful and now I’m on the hunt for other brands cards. This has the real threads, not just a print.
