Greater than one weekFirst off I did Not buy mine from Amazon..., I got mine directly from the DMC site. I paid a whole lot less than on here. It is worth the price I paid for it but I am not sure I would pay $50.00 for it. It has most of the regular embroidery floss listed on it. It is missing the floss numbers from 3880 - 3895 the newest 16 colors. It also does not have all of the Color Variations on it, though the picture color card does have all of them listed. I was a little disappointed it that. I also would have loved to see the other six-strand embroidery floss on here like..., The Coloris floss, The Satin floss, The Matte Floss just to name a few. It is a great tool to have. You can actually see what the floss looks likes and you can color match it to other flosses. You can pick out specific colors you want for a project ahead of time. You can see what colors will look like together. Oh, the possibilities are endless. The floss is in color families which makes it nice. The floss is also in color order. It has a chart with the floss numbers in chronological order with which column they are located in. There is a page with a brief description of each type of thread. Alongside each color of floss is a chart telling you which type of floss and thread the color comes in so if you need to have more than one type of thread in a project but you need to match it up you know if that color will do the job needed..., It also has the brief description of each type of thread in several languages. Sorry I just did not take a photo of them. You can get a feeling as to how this color chart is put together and works from the photos I have included. Needless to say, I absolutely LOVE mine! I have put it to work twice in figuring out what colors I wanted for two different projects I am about to embark upon. I also tend to write on mine. I put little dots on it for each floss color I actually have, this one hasnt got dots yet. I have most of article 117, the regular embroidery floss, I just need the newest colors from the last couple of years. I also intend to start getting the other flosses... I have been collecting these color swatch cards, as I call them, for about thirty years maybe more..., The last few have been much neater with the floss actually wound around a cardboard center. The first ones the floss was on there as a fringe. It got tangled a lot. Kind of messy. This is worth getting. I dont know what I would do if I had never had one. They are my right-hand man. In my case really it is my left-hand man..., LOL
