I need to take the pressure off, when sitting, after a difficult colon resection. I suspected that I would have a problem going back to work and sitting, and I did. This cushion really helps. Not too hard, not too soft and does help take the pressure off the internal surgical repair site. It conforms better & works better than a much harder foam cushion, with no give, that I dug out of a closet and I never liked anyway. For $50 I hope this cushion doesn’t flatten out too fast. But, it is very nice, has a depression front & back to help with pressure relief, a nonskid bottom, nice plush fabric on top side. I hesitated to spend $50 but I’m glad I did. Helps my lower back, too. No other cushion has ever seemed to help with that. Nice, well made cushion that is just what I need right now. I highly recommend Boxed & packaged well. A quality product. Relieves pain, works as advertised, comfortable

After an accident I couldnt stand during weeks and my lower back and bottom suffered a lot as I spent most of the day sat . This cushion helps to relieve part of the pain when used alternatively with other cushions but not all the pain .

I somehow managed to hurt my tailbone severely! I took all measures to help it cure, seeing a chiropractor, doing stretches at home, and taking some anti-inflammatory and i would feel like I am doing better as long as I am standing or moving around. But if I sat down longer than 15 mins, my tailbone was aggravated and I would start hurting again, badly. I got this pillow and I felt immediate relief to sit down and work. I still am doing other things to help my tail bone pain heal but at least now, sitting is not making it worse. I still stand up every 20 mins or so and move around. Thanks to this pillow, I feel like I am on the way to recovery.

I had a hemroidectamy and this takes all the pressure off the surgical cuts and had been a great part of my recovery I would recommend for anyone with problems that need pressure off and they are willing to send you softer or harder as you may need no extra cost great service great product

I am recovering from a fall, and have been in serious discomfort and pain. Since this arrived, I have sat on it, and also used it in bed, as I am currently sleeping sitting up. Almost immediately I felt relief - this has really made a big difference in my comfort!

Purchased for a trip, found the foam to be painfull against my legs. It has little give. It is also too large for a smaller woman.
