The cheaper donut pillow that I bought first is much more comfortable for my painful rear after a broken coccyx. It is nice and soft. Just tried this more expensive one to see if it had a secret formula to help even more with my pain.

Bought item to use on my recumbent exerciser bike for my butt pain. The bike has a wide seat but not padded enough. Used it a couple of times and reduced the pain better. Still will need more time to determine if it was worth the cost.

This donut pillow has made a big difference in my discomfort from spinal pressure sores. It works well in my computer chair, and I am even able to sleep on it (though I have to make a folded bed towel ramp for my lower back to avoid back pain). So am going to order a second one.

I have lower back problems along with pain in my left butt. It is so painful sometimes that I can’t sit or lay on my left side. Sitting on this cushion takes the pressure off and helps me sit more comfortably.

Purchased for a trip, found the foam to be painfull against my legs. It has little give. It is also too large for a smaller woman.

This pillow ended up being too big for me, the hole in the center was too big and couldn’t help the way it’s designed to relieve pressure.
