What can I say, when you need a donut, you need one. This fit the bill (and the butt) perfectly. I had a pressure sore after surgery and this helped with the recovery. Now its just comfortable to sit on. :)

The donut pillow is well made and it was comfortable but too firm for me. Contacted the company and they sent me a softer pillow that is working out nicely. Highly recommend.

I bought this pillow several months ago because I was suffering from chronic tailbone pain due to sitting for long hours at work. This pillow delivered! It is very comfortable and supportive, and it fits well on my office chair as well as my gaming chair at home. It has a hole in the center that allows my tailbone to hang freely without touching the seat. It also has a memory foam core that adapts to my body shape and weight. It does not flatten or lose its firmness over time. The cover is removable and machine washable, which makes it easy to keep clean. I use this pillow every day and I feel much better. My pain has reduced significantly and I can sit for longer periods without discomfort. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who has tailbone pain or other similar issues.

Got this after having hip surgery as everything was uncomfortable to sit on. The donut was too firm for me, but after a quick email with the manufacturer, they sent me a replacement that was perfect!

I drive a lot, for work, and my work vehicle seat isn’t comfortable. Sometimes my butt gets sore. This isn’t the most comfortable cushion ever made but it definitely helps on long drives.

This is OK, but not great. I just had surgery and need a donut seat. The problem is the hole is not big enough from front to back or high enough over the front and back divots so the tender areas are not fully isolated. This works for short bursts of seating (about 10 minutes), but not much longer. While will not return it, i probably would not buy it again.
