These were recommended to me by a holistic MD. I suffered for years from seasonal allergies that often ended in bronchitis. Once the allergies were diagnosed, I used Zyrtec with relief but also drowsiness. When I started On Guard, I continued the allergy relief without being tired. With continued use, I went through three years with NO illnesses, colds etc. If my husband or I start with an itchy throat or cough, we take two or three beadlets under our tough twice a day and the irritation usually subsides. I have recommended these to all of my friends ( and strangers!) They have a strong flavor, similar to a cinnamon candy, but you only hold them under your tongue for 30 seconds and then drink some water. I don’t find it offensive, especially since they’ve been so effective for us.

Item showed up on our doorstep 2 days after delivery notice of delivery. Product seems to be in good shape.

I take these when I feel like Im getting a cold and they seem to work really well! They have a strong orange and clove taste so if you like those then you will like this product. Keep these in my purse always!
