I use these whenever I feel like Im coming down with a cold / flu also whenever Ive been around someone who is ill. Since Ive started doing this regularly, combined with the oil (on my feet on a daily basis) I have cut my illnesses to less than half of what they used to be. Before I started my little On Guard regimen I was getting sick one week out of every two months. I was frantic to find some way to get out of this pattern. My daughter recommended this to me. Im usually a skeptic about this kind of stuff but had nothing to lose. Ive been amazed at how well it has worked to keep the viruses and infections at bay. I havent been totally virus / infection free, but Ive had less than half of the usual amount.

The onguard beadlets are a must have for me to carry with me, when I am around others who are coughing/sick, I pop one of these, to help keep my immune system strong.

My wife ordered these thinking they were the mint flavored. They are not mint. They are something very different and not pleasant. It was a costly mistake for us, so if you are looking for the mint beadlets, read the description very carefully. On a positive note we like this companys products and our order did arrive when promised. I am sure this product is very good and there are many people who enjoy it. We will just have to reorder the correct product.
