Bought these to help me with a cold like bug is been fighting (on and off for almost 3 months) Have been taking 2 a day & havent gotten sick since! Pros: THEY WORK! Small - you can let dissolve in mouth or swallow (based on preference or taste tolerance). Easy to keep in a desk drawer, a purse, or to travel with. Cons: Taste/flavor is strong & takes some time getting used to. Dont leave these in the heat or theyll melt! I bought these during cold season...I really like the taste and found that my kids liked them, too....but not sure it really helped our immunity. (we still got sick) I still have a bottle left...im thinking maybe of using the oils in our natural home cleaning solution to add to the germ fighting.
