> 3 dayIt definitely gets the dirt off your body and I feel very clean after I use this. Deodorant comes off under my armpits with this soap unlike other soaps. I’ve already bought another bottle.

> 3 dayLove that you can trust what goes in to Dr. Bronners products and that you know you are cleaning things with whole and natural ingredients! Ive used this as my body wash in the shower as well as a shampoo once or twice. Its got a nice smell, not as rose-like as I expected but still smells good. It also took a few times to get used to the tight feeling you get after rinsing it off your body. Feels more like a bar soap does when you wash it off. Im planning to use this for other things too -- laundry, cleaning products, etc. You cant go wrong with Dr. Bs! About $3 cheaper at Walmart/Target

> 3 dayDay 1. Your package arrives and youre excited to try out the soap you found sitting close to the top reviewed on Amazon and cant wait to smell like a candy cane instead of a teenage locker room. You get in the shower and read the directions that say squirt a little soap into your hands with water or a wash cloth. You do that, and then you think that cant possibly be accurate so you squirt a second time to be safe. You lather and start to wash yourself, and the great scent of peppermint starts wafting up and you begin to think about how great of a purchase this was. After a few more seconds the wafting becomes an invasion of your nostrils as the peppermint grows stronger. Now your entire bathroom smells of peppermint and you realize that they did indeed mean just a small squirt in their directions. As you continue washing all your memories are only of peppermint and you begin to forget any scents you might have gathered in your lifetime. All there is now is peppermint. You finish cleaning yourself and you step out of the shower, dry off and notice the peppermint is starting to subside as the water washes the soap down the drain. Life is slowly returning to normal as you pick the clothes you decide to wear for the day and suddenly realize the peppermint scent is delicately lingering on your person as you move from room to room. You smell like a candy cane and that joy that comes from that carries you through the day. Day 2. You are now an expert at Dr. Bronners Peppermint Liquid Soap and use the recommended amount. The experience is much better and you still smell like a candy cane by the end of the shower. Best of both worlds. Day 5. You see on the bottle that theres 17 other uses for this soap mixture other than cleaning yourself and you become curious, wanting to try a few of them. You decide to clean the floors with it, diluting to the recommended amount and making your house smell of peppermint. You never knew life could smell so clean. Day 22. Your life has been taken over by the peppermint. Youve cleaned your entire house, yourself, and your dogs in this product. You begin to see things that dont smell of peppermint as not pure - you begin to not want to leave the house. All things must be pure. All things must be peppermint. Day 74. You see the bottle beginning to run out. You make sure to order 4 more bottles to last you for the unforeseeable future.

> 3 dayCastile soap gets your super duper clean, but please keep in mind that it starts to clog your pipes. Don’t believe me? Just take a look at the top of the bottle and you’ll see all of that hardened build up. Even the directions say when that happens, take something and poke a hole through it. Now imagine that slowly happening to your pipes after repeated use. This is not a review to say not to use any castle soap, but if you do, please make sure you rinse the shower with the hottest water.

> 3 dayIve been using Dr. Bronners, specifically the peppermint soap, for about two years. As I continue to try and buy more natural products while also saving money, Dr. Bronners has proven to be an essential product! I use it as a body wash, multi-purpose cleaner, shampoo, and laundry detergent. As a body wash, it really leaves me feeling fresh and clean! The scent is not overbearing and if you use a loofah, you dont need a lot of product. Be aware it is easy to waste a lot of this product because its not thick, so be gentle when pouring it out. As a laundry detergent, it works wonders! I mix the product with White Wine vinegar, as stated on the bottle. It does not leave your clothes smelling like vinegar because you only use a small amount. Ive only used it on clothes that needed a regular wash so I cant speak on if it works on deep stains but with small stains, it does work. As a multi-purpose cleaner, it does the trick. I mix it with White Wine Vinegar, essential oil (I usually choose lemongrass), and a little bit of water. When used, you do have a lingering vinegar smell but that goes ways in a couple of minutes. Ive also made my own shampoo with it, and it leaves my hair fresh. You actually feel like your scalp is brand new !

> 3 dayBeen using Dr Bronners for decades. First started using the peppermint backpacking and its perfect for...just like it says..everything! Camping wed us it for brushing teeth, bodyhair, dishes, laundry, etc. Its eco-friendly and mild. I have severe sensitivities with hard soaps and detergents and Dr Bronners has never bothered me in any way! We currently use the tea tree for our foaming hand soap pumps in the kitchen and bathroom. It gives a nice clean feeling and light smell along with tea tree oils extra properties. Bottles of peppermint, tea tree, and lavender liquid Castile soap are always in stock in our home! Hard water note: use distilled water in the soap pumps or cleaning mixtures if you have hard water. While it wont hurt the efficacy of the soap, it clouds the liquid and I feel, leaves a light residue on things. YMMV

> 3 dayIm an avid backpacker and camper. When I learned about this soap, I was excited about all the uses it claims to have, and wanted to try it. So I ordered the tea tree oil version since Ive heard tea tree oil can be an antiseptic, and its nice having that when cleaning out wounds. I took about three ounces on a four day camping trip, and had about 3/4 of the bottle remaining. I used it for everything I could think of: 1) Body wash and Shampoo - The soap left my skin and hair clean, and left a faint, earthy scent. 2) Toothpaste - It cleaned my teeth and removed my bad breath, but it was still soap and I was tasting that earthy scent for a little while afterward. Still, it works if you can take the taste. 3) Worked into a lather it can be a shaving cream. 4) Washed out my pots and pans. 5) Washed my clothes and fabrics of dirt and removed nasty smells. Anything I needed cleaned I used it and it worked with just a few drops of soap, and water. Ive also heard it can be used to clean floors and wash windows, but Ive not tried that yet. I was pleasantly surprised at how many toiletries and cleansers it replaced, and how little I used up when I used it so much. 32 ounces of this stuff is going to last months, even with daily use. This stuff is great for outdoorsmen, campers, backpackers, travelers, or people who want to save money by replacing so many things with one.
