This tape is too thin and wrinkles up on its self. Its hard to handle and I dont like it.

It is effective, which is what matters, but it is definitely a thinner packing tape than what I personally prefer.

I am a big fan of Duck brand tapes. I have found the quality as good as 3M but I get a lot more product for less money. Ive been using their light duty carpet tape and heavy duty packing tape and decided to give this a try. It seems to have the same acrylic adhesive as the heavy duty tape but the plastic is thinner. Ive only used it for attaching shipping labels and small packages so far but it holds great. When you read complaints about it not sticking be mindful that some times its the box. For example, I have found that no tape will stick to a Home Depot box but tape sticks really well to Lowes boxes and USPS boxes.

This is listed as standard packaging tape. It is quite thin. I use it to reinforce envelopes. Not sure that I would trust it for use on boxes, especially for shipping. That being said, it does work fine on the manilla envelopes that I have used it for.

This is a good value purchase for packaging tape. It is good. I am used to using the thicker HD version of this brands tape and I will be going back to it. I prefer the heavier tape and how much easier it is to work with. This one is good but not my favorite. I recommend a tape gun.

This tale is very thin compared to most shipping tapes I’ve used. It doesn’t adhere well so I end up using a lot more of it so I can wrap around itself multiple times.

Good packing tape, but no real strong stand-out points.

Adhesion:. If you like to play the guessing game of will the contents of this box stay inside before I get it to its destination, then this is the tape for you! Two hours after using the tape and loading the (small, medium, or large) boxes with anything from blankets to bottles of wine, all the tape is no longer sticking to the bottom, sides, or top. (who needs that, right?). Value for money:. Should your goal be to have a great excuse for replacing items in any box, again, this is your lucky day! With the tape that barely sticks, if you want newA/V receivers, pictures, crock pots, glassware, dishes, video game consoles, and now.....USE THIS TAPE!! Youre almost 100% guaranteed to go buy new items when this tape detaches from the sides and bottom!! Easy to use:. Ive packed and mixed more times that I care to. However the only thing with that this tape on boxes, would be to use a sheet of self adhesive stamps. It folds on itself constantly. It pulls apart too easily. And its super easy to twist sideways when using a tape gun. (I have other tape rolls/brands I used before and after this brand, and I dont experience this issue with them. So Id like to believe its less user issues, and more quality issues). All in all, if your goal is to have broken items you no longer care for, and love to play did we sweep/vacuum up all the little glass pieces, while walking barefoot in the dark, go nuts and get a case of this stuff! However, if thats not your goal, save your money, time, frustration, anger, and unnecessary shopping trips, and buy better brands.
