Either the manufacturing process consistency or the qualily control is lacking for the particular item I received. Rather disapointed with the condition of the item.

> 24 hourWell, I measured both pieces and both are like 5 3/4”x11 3/4”.. Not a huge deal but definitely not accurately cut. And the smooth side looks horrible. I was debating which side I wanted visible but given the condition I’m left with only the textured side.

> 24 hourUsed to keep chicken poop off the 12” Ouyolad chicken brooder. Drill the holes then heat the plate with a cheap heat gun. Easy to remove and wash. Had to “mold it” a bit after drilling the holes for the legs. Used a Harbor Freight heat gun. Very easy.
WHAT IS ABS?
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is one of the toughest and most beneficial hard composite plastic materials to use across various industries. With its extreme high and low temperate impact strength, tensile strength, high deflection temperate, and flexural modulus, this is the perfect amorphous thermoplastic material for a multitude of projects.
ABS APPLICATIONS
As Duco"s large ABS sheets are so versatile there are so many ways to shape and form them in any way you see fit. Cut each sheet using tools like a table, jig, hack, and scroll saw as well as a variety of lasers and drills. If you need to smooth out the textured faced side, make smooth strips, or make any medium or big changes to delete the textured side of the board, making it more friction friendly, simply sand this side to make the transition!
