I too made the mistake of not realizing the SIZE of this block haha. I added it to my collection anyways but this block is very thin, just remember that when youre ordering.

Ordered this with recommended sand paper its way too skinny

Very good price and low shipping cost. 1 & 3/8in by 3/4in by 1 foot hard rubber sanding block. Effective at flat and slightly curved surfaces.

I guess I was expecting something a little more rigid and substantial for the money. When I got this, I was a bit surprised that it is just a long, slender block of lightweight foam. The sandpaper sheet slipped a bit on the block, so I had to hold it pretty tightly. But it did conform to the contours of the item I was sanding and it was flatter than the palm of my hand.
