I guess I was expecting something a little more rigid and substantial for the money. When I got this, I was a bit surprised that it is just a long, slender block of lightweight foam. The sandpaper sheet slipped a bit on the block, so I had to hold it pretty tightly. But it did conform to the contours of the item I was sanding and it was flatter than the palm of my hand.

This block sanded an entire vehicle without issue. Had just the right amount of give.

Soft block has different sizes surfaces to sand with-good quality

Buy extras, I have many that I have cut into different lengths. I use sanding blocks daily for auto-body. Very pleased with this one and all my dura-blocks.
