> 24 hourI finally pulled the trigger on this sucker. Literally and figuratively. I’d been eyeballing it for about 9 months after using a friends. It is everything I hoped it would be. We have a dog that sheds like it’s his job and 3 kittens that are equally as hairy. I was a bit concerned that being cordless would mean sacrificing a bit of suction. Nope. It’s as sucky as they come, if not suckier. It gets all the hair and dirt! I had purchased another brand (corded) vacuum less than a year ago and had nothing but problems with it. I used it right before opening the Dyson (which I have named Mike Tyson the Dyson by the way), then used the Dyson right afterwards… it was AMAZING how much stuff the old vacuum missed that I didn’t even realize. Our house is mostly hardwoods with some low pile carpeting and it works equally well on both. Another concern I had was the 40 minute run time. Would it be enough time for a full vacuum of my (2000+sq/ft) house? It is. A big part of the reason for that is because it’s SO easy to pull this thing off it’s charger and spot vacuum, I do it far more frequently. No more animal hair tumble weeds that magically appear overnight. The coolest feature is how all of the pieces snap in effortlessly. You can make it long or short and put different attachments on either. I can finally reach my porch ceiling without a chair or ladder! Also, if you need to bring it somewhere away from your house, you can detach it and still bring the cord if you need to charge it without using the docking station. This is obviously not an inexpensive buy, but in my opinion, it’s worth the money. I was sick of buying mediocre ones every couple of years. This comes with a 2 year warranty and lifetime assistance. I kept my eye on it and once the price went down to $399, I bought it. I’ve managed to talk 2 other friends into buying one since I bought mine 8 weeks ago and they are both equally as happy. It’s kind of weird how much I talk about vacuuming now! If you’re on the fence on what to buy, don’t be..

> 24 hourThis thing is awesome. I never clean up, so getting this took effort. Once I got it I could easily see how often I was grabbing this to quickly clean up a mess or tidy up before having people over at my home. Its so easy, maneuvers in so many tight spaces, and is way better than all the heavy corded vacuums weve grown up with. Get this now!

> 24 hourAlright so I’m a believer now in Dyson! Before getting this Dyson, I could never justify paying the cost for a Dyson vacuum when there are other brands that are probably just as good. I’ll say this but Dyson leaves the competitors in the dust no pun intended. It’s pretty easy to put together, just a long bar to the main part and then an attachment of preference. There are 5 attachments and each one is easy to put on and take off. Maybe its the rollers on the main cleaner head but the vacuum actually grips the carpet almost pulling it up or at least it feels that way. Each attachment is solid but I like the hairscrew tool as it is compact but still powerful. Emptying it was a bit tricky at first but simple once I figured it out. I didn’t want to break the cylinder. It came with 2 bars of power and took a long time to fully charge to 3 bars. After using it once for about 15 minutes it went quickly down to 2 bars so hopefully there is no issue with the battery pack. Otherwise is it wrong to be so enamored by a vacuum? Lol. Great product!

> 24 hourSeveral years ago I was so excited to get my first Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. Fast forward maybe six months later and I went to use it and it was trashed. My darling husband had come to the brilliant decision to use it to vacuum up after a drywall job. Hes not lived that one down but Im happy to have this vacuum now. What I like about it...strong suction power and how well it maneuvers and gets under furniture. We have dogs and it works well on our hardwood floors and rugs. Solid build quality, easy to empty, good battery life. What I dont like about it...doesnt stand up on its own, no on button (have to keep holding it down to vacuum). No printed manual (says to reduce environmental impact theyve moved it online.

> 24 hourThis product is indeed superior as you can see numerous good comments. One thing that impressed me the most is the hair removal vanes. I attached a photo for your reference. I have been using this vacuum cleaner daily for several weeks. As you can see in the photo, you can hardly find a single string of hair in the vacuum head. It is purely amazing! I still dont fully understand this technology, but it works so perfectly. With these hair removal vanes, this powerful vacuum cleaner has became even better!

> 24 hourDo not buy off of Amazon. First, I noticed the packaging was beat up and appeared to have water dmg. Who cares tho, right? Then I noticed it appeared that many rolls of tape had been used. Odd since this is listed as new. Still, whatever. Then I got to the product. COVERED in dirt, clearly has been used before, packaging thrown everywhere, bent electrical plug prongs and missing the hair tool entirely. Amazon is clearly trying to sell some used / half missing or returned inventory as “new” and hoping people don’t notice. They also originally implied it was sold thru a separate vendor when it turns out it came from them directly. And it was on their homepage as a “hot deal”. I have another Dyson around 7-8 years old and it is perfect. Buy dyson, sell Amazon

> 24 hourI expected more from the name Dyson this doesnt have anymore of a powerful suck than any of the other vacuum cleaners I have owned over the years. The battery life is not great and the biggest design flaw is in its inability to stand up on its own. Sometimes you need to pick up something to avoid vacuuming it up and you cannot simply put the vacuum down-you have to prop or lean it against something and it often just crashes to the floor. Overall for the price, I recommend exploring other options.
