> 24 hourI cant blame the product, It was an original product from E3D (verified by them). Turns out Prusa (mk3s) uses a specific version of this product. Hence the color coding is different, red for Prusa and white here, while red is supposed to be 24v 20w on the official e3d spec. Long story short, this is not the right product for a Prusa mk3, but it worked for me for a while before it started failing causing resets, so kudos for making it this far.

> 24 hourSame spec, 24v 40w as my original heater cartridge. Cable is longer than the original so no lack of space. Mine came in white. Worked first time and heated all the way up to 290c for nozzle install without issue. Just bought the cheapest one, did not select seller.

> 24 hourWorks great, but was thrown off when the heater supplied was white, instead of red. I order lots of parts directly from e3D and this is the first white 24v 40w heater that I’ve encountered. Seller might consider updating the info or product image.

> 24 hourThe quality of construction looks superb. The problem is the photo in the listing does not match what is shipping. The wires are white, BUT, it does not have the right angle feed into the cartridge, and more importantly, it does not have the plug as shown to detach quickly when swapping a hotend.

> 24 hourOf the two that I ordered the one that was actually a 24v cartridge works as expected. The second one that I ordered had a label of 24v on the card in the package but was actually a 12v cartridge. I didnt check the label on the cartridge before installing it in my printer and spent a ton of time troubleshooting before I took it back out of the printer and realized that it was the wrong version. I requested a replacement because I want a spare and the second one that was sent was also labeled as 24v but was again a 12v. I then had to spend time running all over town returning the two 12v cartridges because for some reason Amazon would not let me return both of them at the same location.

> 24 hourThis works well in my Prusa i3 MK3S. Theres not much more to say than that. It replaced the one that my printer came with after I broke the connection to the old one when trying to hot tighten my nozzle. One thing to note is that I was sent a white one, not a red one as shown. I dont know if the items description says colors may vary, or not. And, really, how much of the cable do I see? And, really, do I even care? Also, Ive noticed that the hot end tends to shoot past the target temp by about 2-3 degrees C before settling back down. I dont remember if the old one did that, so Im just assuming it did, and that this one is no different.
