> 3 dayWell it looks nothing like the picture.... it works but we’ll see how effectively. Basically a scam.

> 3 dayI bought this one since it is supposed to be 24v 40w. However, it does not seem to be 24v since it does not heat up nearly as fast as my oringinal one. It is so slow my printer heat up cycle times out before reaching 215C, it timed out at 168c while the bed was at 60c for much longer. With these speeds it seems like a 12v.

Greater than one weekI updated my hot end from 12v to 24v and this has been running strong.

> 3 dayThere may be other uses for this product but if you intend to use it for 3D printing, know that this product does not come with any connectors.

> 3 daySame spec, 24v 40w as my original heater cartridge. Cable is longer than the original so no lack of space. Mine came in white. Worked first time and heated all the way up to 290c for nozzle install without issue. Just bought the cheapest one, did not select seller.

> 3 dayI cant blame the product, It was an original product from E3D (verified by them). Turns out Prusa (mk3s) uses a specific version of this product. Hence the color coding is different, red for Prusa and white here, while red is supposed to be 24v 20w on the official e3d spec. Long story short, this is not the right product for a Prusa mk3, but it worked for me for a while before it started failing causing resets, so kudos for making it this far.
