> 3 dayI chose an authorized reseller for this item. Mine was the white one and it works great on my Prusa MK3S+. The cable on this is a little longer than the original but its not bad.

> 3 dayI cant blame the product, It was an original product from E3D (verified by them). Turns out Prusa (mk3s) uses a specific version of this product. Hence the color coding is different, red for Prusa and white here, while red is supposed to be 24v 20w on the official e3d spec. Long story short, this is not the right product for a Prusa mk3, but it worked for me for a while before it started failing causing resets, so kudos for making it this far.

> 3 dayThere may be other uses for this product but if you intend to use it for 3D printing, know that this product does not come with any connectors.

> 3 dayThe quality of construction looks superb. The problem is the photo in the listing does not match what is shipping. The wires are white, BUT, it does not have the right angle feed into the cartridge, and more importantly, it does not have the plug as shown to detach quickly when swapping a hotend.

> 3 dayOf the two that I ordered the one that was actually a 24v cartridge works as expected. The second one that I ordered had a label of 24v on the card in the package but was actually a 12v cartridge. I didnt check the label on the cartridge before installing it in my printer and spent a ton of time troubleshooting before I took it back out of the printer and realized that it was the wrong version. I requested a replacement because I want a spare and the second one that was sent was also labeled as 24v but was again a 12v. I then had to spend time running all over town returning the two 12v cartridges because for some reason Amazon would not let me return both of them at the same location.

> 3 dayI bought this one since it is supposed to be 24v 40w. However, it does not seem to be 24v since it does not heat up nearly as fast as my oringinal one. It is so slow my printer heat up cycle times out before reaching 215C, it timed out at 168c while the bed was at 60c for much longer. With these speeds it seems like a 12v.

> 3 dayConstruction was nice and study but the wire lead length was advertised as 1 meter. It however came no where close to that.

> 3 dayDoes the job. Replaced my old one on a Prusa i3 MK3S that got ruined by a blob incident. The wires I got are white.
