> 24 hourI tend to keep a handful of flash drives around for use in a pinch, so when I needed more, I found these. I was looking for something cheap, relatively small sized with decent storage capacity and these fit my requirements. I do like the metal housing and that the caps fit snugly without feeling brittle or breakable. I highly doubt a cap could slip off unintentionally which is good. All 5 drives work well and are fast enough for my needs without getting overly warm during use. I will probably purchase more of these when needed.

> 24 hourGot these to put odds n ends on. Made several bootable OSs (Linux) to try them out and these work just fine for that. As far as their longevity only heaven knows. If down the road they start failing I will update.

> 24 hourI havent clocked them nor do I regularly transfer large amounts of data but these are fast enough for me not to notice which is good. I use them to create bootable disks with Linux isos so theyve been formatted and re-formatted many times as I distro-hop and Ive had no problems. I found these at a better price than 4gb packs, that was about 6 months ago. Also, super cheap drives I purchased in the past havent been reliable or durable so paying a little more is worth it to me. I recommend this product The only knock I have is the caps which I tend to lose. But thats just me being nitpicky

> 24 hourLike all USB Sticks you may have to format them first before you can use it - Depending on what you are using them for will determine what format to use - if you are using them for strictly music for your USB capable car stereo then you want to format it to FAT32 - these usb sticks are formatted to FAT32 but they all have there name embedded in the title - this is why you should format them before use to get rid of the name - if you are transferring data from a Linux to Windows to MAC then most likely want to format them to exFAT since all three operating systems can use exFAT
